Let me start out by saying that the very small room was clean but thats about the only nice thing I can say about my experience. When I got there, my shower, clock,TV, WIFI and air were not working. I arrived at 3am from the US so i just laid in bed swetting most of the night after taking a shower under a dribbling stream of water. I awakened the next moring to a coffee pot that had no coffee but was only a source of hot water so I made myself a hot tea before going down to breakfast. At breakfast there was only hot water and instant coffee available(yuk) and no clean tables since the hotel was totally booked for Carifesta and completely overwhelmed.I had a bowl of cereal and only noticed cold cuts and different types of breads being available(The next few days breakfast was served in a banquet room on the 3rd floor because of too many guests for the restaurant.... which was even worse. I only went there one time which was ample.) After breakfast, I saw a service guy walking around with a screwdriver and asked him to PLEASE come with me and he fixed everything but the air, which continuously stopped working until the last day or so, and the WIFI which worked on and off the entire trip. Neadlless to say, on my next trip to Paramaibo,I will not be staying at the Wyndam Garden and will avoid Wyndhams worldwide for a while.
