Description: This lovely Restaurant is located at Benjor Beach Club on the beautiful Mele Bay - only 12 mins from Port Vila. It has a huge outdoor deck with seating and tables to take in the beautiful ocean view and plenty of indoor seating also with great views. The ambience is casual island with a touch of class! Great, friendly staff, an interesting history - legend has it this restaurant was built on the original WWII American Officers' Club and the lovely freshwater pool located in our little river beside the restaurant was created by hand grenades!!! We have our own market garden at the resort and make our own pasta on-site. Combine this with fresh seafood and a simple but good beverages list - how lovely.... You are welcome anytime from 8.00am to late (last orders normally around 7.45pm unless by special arrangement...). Hope to see you soon!

“VERY NICE”
Reviewed 19 May 2014

We enjoyed the service and views of this lovely restaurant. It was reasonably priced and had great variety. Certainly was better than what we expected from a 3 star resort and nicer in ambience and quality than a couple of other so called 4 star experiences.

“PLENTIFUL”
Reviewed 15 May 2014

We ate twice at this lovely restaurant which looks out towards Port Vila and Hideaway island. Both meals were very good. Fresh and largish portions - excellent steak and we also tried the local lobster. Excellent value for money - whole lobster (large) and only about $60 Oz. Good service, limited wine menu but adequate and the cocktails were great.

“Best views”
Reviewed 7 May 2014

Loved the view from the deck at this restaurant. Great happy hour with complimentary fried coconut (must try) and the local beer Tusker is greart after a full day of activities. We really enjoyed the small plates menu which had some outstanding chicken dumplings and local style domades. The pasta was also excellent. This is a place to chill out and relax and well worth it with great service from the local staff.

“Good Quality but Expensive”
Reviewed 4 May 2014

Mostly the meals we had here were delicious. My daughter at the place out of their Australian Oysters. However, we had a steak which we asked for medium rare and it was well done and chewy. Stick with seafood to avoid disappointment.

“Excellent Easter”
Reviewed 28 April 2014

Spent Easter at this Resort and ate in the restaurant a number of times. Their is a great range and we ate from their tapas style menu as well as from the main menu and specials board. Particularly loved the osso buco - so tender. The views are great, staff are lovely - service a little slow but hey "island time"!! Very enjoyable.
