I havent stayed here for a few years but have come to stay and the rooms are ideal.
Beds comfy & its not noisy, breakfast is huge. Will be coming back after our journey thru Myanmar. Just cant beat it.
Staff are super helpful.

We used this hotel during our Tucan tour. The hotel is in down town area, in a side street between 2 main busy roads, so quiet enough. Staffs are friendly, keen to help, and good in English. The dinning area is quite small, sits at the back of the reception. Room is clean, good free wifi signal for 24 hours/ or each day of your stay, ok speed. Good hot water supply but water pressure can be weak sometimes. Very good a/c that you really need because it is 30+ C everyday whe we were there in March. Imagine what it'll be like during the summer.
Comes with free breakfast but in a set formet--coffee or tea, small pastry, fruit, egg, beans and a bun. The items in the manu is not cheap, so better off venture out to all sorts of restaurants around the hotel. China town is about 20 min. walk where you can find lots of oriental food. Some attractions you can walk to and some you need a taxi. Ask the hotel to get one and they tell me how much it'll cost instead of bargain with one on the street when you don't know the going rate.
Watch out for the twin beds room. The room is very small and the beds are only 8 inches apart. There are only 2 feet for you to move around between the end of your beds and the wall. Ended up I had to ungrade to a single room by myself.

Downtown, near many landmarks places and very price competitive hotel to stay. I won't say it is the best, but it won't make you down for sure.
Since January, i had came for business and staying in the same hotel more than 5 times. And you can believe me this hotel is really a good place and their staff are very kinds too

It is al about an opstaldning location. Walking distance to many sights and restaurants, including the train station.

Rooms are smallish and so is breakfast. Room is quiet.

Two things are wrong. Colossal rocks for pillows and taking a shower drowns the entire bathroom.

For the price, a good cove.

Ps. Fast internet but not streaming quality.

I lucked out with this place, finally settling on it cuz it seemed like the best bargain for our budget. I was pleasantly surprised to find so clean, orderly, and accommodating a location in the middle of Yangon, after having read so many travel blog horror stories.

Staff spoke excellent english, and spent considerable time helping us figure out how to get around, even going so far as to help us plan out much of our trip. They booked bus tickets, held our luggage for two weeks as we traveled north, and offered several helpful suggestions wrt getting around outside of Yangon.

Much of my initial concern in visiting Myanmar was that it’d be difficult to get around, with developing infrastructure and language barrier issues. Our trip, however, went remarkably smoothly, much of this owing to the Clover City Center having served as our point of departure.
