Our group arranged for luggage storage (with use of shower) for USD 10/day/person as we were doing overnight bus travels. The shower/toilet has shampoo & soap provided for. Free wifi as well.
The place is brand new and very beautiful and clean! The concept is similar to a capsule hotel, with each 'capsule' having it's own electrical outlet point & lamp post & hanger. You're assigned a locker beneath the beds to store your luggage - pls check with them if your luggage bags are very huge, as the storage space is very lengthy but width wise might not be able to fit the wider-shaped bags (they might have other storage spaces).
There's also a kitchen/dining area, with a toaster & microwave.
Staff was quiet but very helpful with excellent understanding of English. They'd also helped us with the booking of our overnight bus trip prior to our arrival, which was very helpful.
It's difficult to look out for the inn signage when you're on the same side of the road (it gets blocked by some signboards/awning on the first floor), so the best way is to print out the address from Little Cabin Inn website where address is indicated in Burmese. Taxi fare is about 9000kyats from airport or Aung Mingalar bus terminal.
It costs 150kyats (about 5min travel in smooth traffic) to get to Sule Pagoda or Bogyoke Aung San aka Scott Market area - ie. the downtown.More
