Stayed three nights during recent stop in Yangon. Rooms are adequate. Good AC, hot water & laundry service. Bathroom was a bit grubby. Proximity to Circles Coffee shop a big plus. Wifi available most of the time, speed not the best. Hotel breakfast was disappointing, better to purchase separately. Would stay again as managers are working to address shortcomings...

Even for local Burmese standard this is one of the horrible hotels I have stayed in Yangon.Rooms look very tired and does not worth to pay 60 USD a night. Dirty and smelly carpet, room walls need to repaint , no bed side lamp or switch to off the room light from bed, bathroom is very bare minimal with broken showerhead. Please avoid this hotel.

The room we were in was the cheapest of the lot, and apparently the most expensive rooms are much nicer. Our room had dirty and old carpeting and the walls really needed a coat of paint. The bathroom was basic, but functioning.
Staff was very friendly. We pushed the two single beds together, and the next day they had it made up as one large bed, which we really appreciated.
The area is not bad, quite a few restaurants close by.

When I came here a year ago, this is a most appropriate hotel in Yangon in comparing price and facilities. At least we got clean room and internet access in the coffee shop. But now the price increase double without any improvement.

Room Tip: They have cheap room near the parking area, but it is very noisy and smelly from kitchen at behind t...

I had booked an over priced room for one night. Upon arrival I found that the room was filled with a strange smell, only to later find out that I was infact in the room next to the petrol generator. After an hour of sitting in the room I began to feel ill and faint. I asked to change rooms but the reception staff advised.me that there was no other room available. They would only give me half of my money back and them attempted to charge me for phone usage to find an alternative. All in all a horrible experience.

This hotel is mid way between the airport and downtown. They can arrange taxi pick up at the airport, but it's probably cheaper to just get a taxi yourself.
Rooms are a bit dated (as most are in Myanmar) but clean.
Location is set back from the mail street, so it is fairly quiet at night.
The highlight is the 4th floor (no elevator) rooftop view of Shwedagon Pagoda.

Room Tip: As this is an older retrofitted building, there is no such thing as a standard room. Ask to see a co...

This is just at the junction between two main roads, U Wisara and Dhammazedi. Excellent location and very reasonable prices given that the hotels in Yangon have leapt more than 50% in the last 3-4 months. The hotel is walking distance from many very good restaurants. However, the hotel is creaking from lack of maintenance. The owners are clearly trying to harvest as much from the hotel by spending minimal amounts to upgrade it.
