“From our favorite place to a never-come-back one.”
Reviewed 14 October 2013

This place used to be our favorite and we kept coming here for the past 2 years but this time i'm here sitting as we speak and the music they play.. Oh dear God!!!

Nothing close to good georgian music. Food- turned into pretty badly cooked dishes, they don't have half the things on their menu. The waitress was nice but not willing to change the music, probably because of the management. But seriously, this is the ahit that people listen to in the village mini busses, nothing traditional, but georgian white trash music. Prices are pretty high compared to the quality of food they serve. It was our favorite place where we used to bring our friends from different countries, but i am never going to come back again!

Definitely no longer a place to come to experience a good georgian dukani.

“Authentic Migrelian”
Reviewed 2 October 2013

This small cellar restaurant is on an unassuming corner in the old town. Few tables but cozy and friendly, and the food is authentic. One of the few places where you can find satsivi (cold chicken in walnut garlic sauce). Prices are reasonable but note that 10% service is included. The decor is dated but that adds to the atmosphere. Watch out, you might get invited to join a table of locals out celebrating.

“Great place, tasty food and very nice service”
Reviewed 21 September 2013 via mobile

It's a place that looks not that inviting for tourist, because it's underground, but if you'll step in you'll find a great georgian food ( the Hachapuri with egg is gerat and also the eggplants with nuts). The owner is very kind and helpfull.

“Delicious!!!”
Reviewed 3 September 2013

This place is definitely worth checking out. The place is cozy, cool, and a great place to spend your night. They have a large selection of great wines and cocktails, and their food is delicious. Price is very reasonable. Good for a big group, couples, or even alone!

“tasty food and well placed restaurant.”
Reviewed 3 August 2012

I knew that Georgian People have GREAT heart, welcoming the guests, but when i had my dinner in this small restaurant, I realized it once more. our waitress was perfect to help us choosing the right staff as all of us were not so much familiar with all the food names, service was amazing, taste...mmmm, I cannot comment as even now when i remember I've hard times to open my mouth due to drooling :)
Try definitely "Khachapuri" ('megruli' style especially as it has several types) a pastry with Georgian cheese (which is another phenomenon!) served hot on a wooden plate.
Another must-try is 'shashlyk' (either pork or veal/chicken, hence for me it is 'pork') with house wine: dry red SAPERAVI, but be careful, you will fall in love with georgian wines!
The only minus was the ventilation within the restaurant, and after a while, it disturbed us, which can be easily avoided by sitting closer to entrance.
