I've stayed in this hotel for a very short time, from 4th night to 6th night of June. Arrived in Tbilisi for a business trip and need to order Airport transfer one hour before my flight and it didn't make any problem to organize pick up from Airport. Everything in this hotel is like a sweet home, even staff group. Value for money is quite appropriate. Advice all of you this hotel.

Hotel is very well located, in a calm area but just between two main streets of Tbilisi. This means you can walk around to many attractions, restaurants, etc. Hotel itself is small, which is not a bad thing, clean and with comfortable rooms that have everything as you expect. It is not a top notch but very decent and adequate to the price they charge, given a very convenient location.
The hotel also has some conference facilities so can be appropriate for a a small meeting or something similar.

Primavera is a typical eastern / CIS style hotel. Rooms are rather small, bed comfortable. There is a pool and gym (both of which I did not use), Internet at useful speed (cable-bound). Breakfast is meager, as almost everywhere in the Caucasus (but then again: who needs a big breakfast the morning after an incredible Georgian dinner?).

The hotel is located in a small (unattractive) back alley, near the Concert Hall and Rustaveli Ave. You can walk to shops, banks and restaurants from here. Currently, construction is carried out next door.

We paid 110 USD for the room including breakfast, which for the type of hotel is - compared to other hotels in Tbilisi - overpriced. Credit card payment was not possible (terminal apparently did not function) which left us to scramble for cash on the last evening.

All in all: for this price, I would look at something more comfortable.

The hotel is a basic, slightly old fashioned establishment tucked away behind the main Rustaveli Avenue, which is easily accessed via steps metres from the hotel's main entrance. The hotel lobby was simple with a bar tucked away in the corner which did not seem staffed most of the time. Rooms are spacious and air conditioned without any obvious means of controlling the cool air which I wanted to switch off but couldn't. I'm not sure why the floor was so uneven but daren't lift the carpet to find out in case I was shocked by what I would discover. There was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom which went away then came back the following day only to disappear again.
I was not impressed by the workman who was making a lot of noise with his hammer on the landing one floor below at 12.30 in the morning. A phone call to reception should have sorted that out but didn't. I phoned again at 1am and was informed that he was "just finishing" This time it did stop, but I shouldn't have to threaten not to settle the bill, nor argue with the receptionist, and why on earth would you have a workman thumping away with a hammer at 1am? He wasn't dealing with an emergency only replacing wall tiles which should have been done in the day.
Breakfast was a simple, self-service menu, but was I not impressed with the instant coffee on offer, so would recommend you bring your own coffee or have it elsewhere.

Room Tip: Less traffic noise the higher you are

Excellent value for money hotel, I have stayed here between 2005 and 2008. Good location, slightly oldish hotel but excellent staff and services. Menu could offer more variety and otherwise nothing much to comment.

Room Tip: Nothing just negotiate for the rates........

This relatively modern business hotel is tucked away up a side street close to a main road leading to Rustaveli Avenue and in the opposite direction, the main buildings of the University and a shopping area with all the international clothes, and jewelry stores. The lobby of the hotel was large with comfortable seats and a small bar area. The staff at the registration desk were very friendly and efficient. My room on the 7th floor was very clean, light and I had a pleasant view of the television tower and big wheel in the park at the top of the hill overlooking Tbilisi. There was a good selection of television stations and a more than adequate desk space to work on. The bathroom was clean and roomy. The only negative part of my experience there was the quality of the breakfast. It was a buffet style with fresh fruit and carton juices but no choice of cereals. The only hot dish was pieces of omelette that was prepared and left out to get cold. Coffee was instant granules. The breakfast room, however, was on the 5th floor, clean and with views out over the city. Such a shame that breakfasts were not up to rest of the hotel standards. Free Wifi was available in the room but the signal was not that strong. However, in the lobby the signal was very strong. For the price (100EU per night) and room quality I will certainly be returning to this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 6th and 7th floors with city views and above the restaurant area.

Most of the stuff is nice. The hotel Is very simple, our room was big, the bed is very comfortable . A lot of noise came out from the stret -we were at floor 4. Breakfast is very basic. However we to remember that we at Georgia so relatively it was ok.

Room Tip: Ask for high floor and see the room before you checkin
