I stayed here for 2 nights on 2 occasions - total 4 nights - and got the same room 324 which had a balcony looking out on broken down buildings and the river below. Room and bathroom were fine, and the room cleaned daily.
There is a lift up to the third floor - handy for luggage.
Breakfast had real coffee, not instant, but the croissant was of the doughy variety - there were eggs and frankfurters some days, with bread, cereal, cheeses, jam, tomato, cucumber and yoghurt.
In the main hotel just down the road the view from the rooftop restaurant is excellent, and so was the food and wine - you can also just go for a drink there to see the view.
Location just up from the river and easy walking all around, also for the sulphur baths.
It was quite hot while I was there, but there is air conditioning, which you can turn down to silent, as it was quite noisy.
I paid €60 for the room which had 2 beds. Perfectly adequate.

I stayed here 3 nights in total in 2 different rooms in the same hotel block (there are 3 parts to the hotel), one rather larger and nicer than the other. The hotel is a 25 minute or so drive from the airport and you can easily walk to the old town and sulphur baths. My first room was large, with a sitting area, room safe and kettle with tea and coffee and a decent view of the old part of the city none of which came with my second room. Both had aircon, flatscreen tv with some English channels, a fridge/mini bar and hairdryer. Both rooms were quiet. Smoking appeared to be permitted in the rooms. There is free wi-fi and a computer available for guest use. Reception seemed reasonably helpful. Breakfast started at 8am and was rather disappointing. On the first morning real coffee, as opposed to instant, appeared only at the insistence of one of the guests, the bread was dry, the food was put out in small portions/bowls and there was little variety (one cereal, one type of fruit) so it felt rather like rationing.

We stayed 3 nights in Kopala C; there are three buildings close together. Reception was fine and helpful. Rooms were a good size and comfortable, but rather dark; they need more lighting and lighter coloured walls. Bathrooms fine. Breakfast was good. Location is a little away from the centre of the city, but only a few minutes walk from the historic quarter.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with a good view on the south side.

Actually, nothing about this place was average as it was either very bad or very good. If you sum it all up it becomes average. It started with a checkin problem as our arrival date was messed up by the hotel. The receptionist was not very helpful and we had to wait four hours to get into our room. Not even a coffee was offered to us during this time. The hotel is really nice though, has a good location and offers great views from the terrace of the restaurant. The restaurant offers excellent food and local wines but its totally disorganized. We had to remind the waiters many times of our order which was kind of annoying so we didn't go back the next day. there are plenty of other restaurants in that area which are also niceand not as expensive, offering a better service. Breakfast in the hotel was very nice but started surprisingly late.

Room Tip: Chose a room in building A close to restaurant, breakfast, front desk. New rooms with good views.

I stayed in the hotel only 1 night and wanted to stay more. Hotel is very clean, quiet and decoration is pretty new. The guy at reception was fluent in English and friendly...Room I stayed had an entrance, a very large bedroom with comfortable beds. A large balcony with an excellent view of the new city, a historic church and the Mtkvari river. Restaurant I had breakfast has the same view.I really enjoyed the homemade yogurt served during the breakfast...

The hotel located in a very good location, it has lovely view to the Europe square and the old Tbilisi. However, the service is very bad unfortunately, they are below the standard of being a hotel. The rooms did not get cleaned on daily basis and the reception does not speak English if you are in need of help, if they need money they speak good English! the architecture of the hotel is fabulous and I really felt that I am in Georgia. at the time there was some construction nearby the hotel. there was room vacancies however they let me stay nearby this noisy construction! I went to the reception requesting to change the room, then this issue was solved with no extra payment but I felt those people really made me somehow nervous. Since they are in this great location, I wish they improve their service and provide a better hotel management.

When my local Georgian friend booked me in here instead of one of the bigger named hotels in the city I was somewhat skeptical. I had asked him to book us into a centrally-located, affordable business hotel.

I stayed there for 4 days in December 2012 and was very happy with the hotel, it's restaurant, and staff. The location is great and has a wonderful view over the city.

The restaurant overlooks the river and city and hosted President Bush when he came.

When I go back to Tbilisi I will book in here again.
