This is a nice place to stay and is located in a central area of Seoul. The staff is helpful and really thorough when giving you directions to sites to check out. You have to hike up a few flights of stairs with your luggage, but worth it as the accommodations are well maintained and clean. The beds could be more comfortable, but otherwise there is a lot of space in the dorm rooms (and large lockers). Try bringing a shower bag though for your clothing and toiletries (as there aren't many areas to hang your items in the shower facilities). I found the hostel was very easy to navigate to and from via the subway system, so I would recommend it to other travelers.

This place is warm and full of life. Indeed, The staff works a lot on making you comfortable. The location is great, there are different kind of rooms (2 Beds, 4...), many things to drink and eat for free, clean bathroom, and the most important thing : people from the staff are really helpful and aware of anything you need. I met a lot of very nice people in there. Highly recommended.

This is an awesome hostel. If I'm coming back to Seoul, there's one thing for sure which is that I'm gonna stay here. The location is great, the facilities are nice, and the price is great given the location and facilities, but what really sets this place apart is the staff. They're the most genuinely friendly and helpful people I've met in Korea.

My flight was horrendously delayed, and I only got to Itaewon in the middle of the night, but one of the staff actually stayed up with me, and accompanied me to the convenience store to grab a bite. Really appreciate the gestures like these.

What a sweet little place! Nice and clean and cool location. Sparkling showers and loos. The place felt very safe for a lone female traveller. Also v.handy for me as a kosher traveller, as it was near the kosher shop and close enough to walk to services at the synagogue. Staff happy to help in any way they can.

It's hard to get a good night's sleep here - the walls are thin, beds not super comfy and people like to party here. The staff watch tv so guests cannot and there is little privacy or security except for the two front doors being locked (we couldn't lock our room while we were away). One night we couldn't shower as they were doing maintenance at 9pm. However it is in a great location near the subway and food and shopping in itaewon and the staff are friendly and helpful and everything is very clean. Laundry was very expensive - 10 000 won. I have never paid this much even in Europe. Ideal for short term stays but no longer than a few days.
