A little unusual as the bathrooms were very open with the toilet and shower having a glass wall between them. Rooms were clean and the building was well maintained. Cost effective as well as I think we paid $65 for the night.

Arrived on Saturday night and hotel was very busy with young couples, thought we had booked a "love hotel" but later in the week the hotel was more quiet. This was our first trip to Seoul, so can't compare to other hotels there, but compared to most urban hotels the rooms were spacious. Each room had a large flat screen TV and two computers, large jacuzzi tub, an electric kettle and mini fridge. Good value for the price and very clean. Things to note:
No lobby/common area. The place where you enter looks like a prison.
Hotel allows smoking but our rooms were very clean and did not smell like smoke.
Unusual (for us) bathing arrangement with not much privacy. Great for couples but if you are traveling with kids or friends this might be awkward.
The decor of the rooms was very industrial: metal tables, plain furniture, no floor or wall decorations.
Hotel is packed tightly with other buildings and there is one window with no view.
Plumbing is noisy.
Hotel is hard to find at first, but is very convenient to the airport bus #6020 and Yeoksam subway station entrance 1. Not far to walk with your luggage if you are flying in to Incheon and use the public transportation. If you exit Yeoksam station #1, walk uphill one block you will see an Apple store slightly to your right. The hotel is down that alley.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
24 hr coffee shop across the street. Many other good restaurants nearby.
It was not what I expected and not like any other hotel I have visited. I have to admit I found the starkness of the room distressing at first but it really grew on me over the course of the week.

Clean tidy rooms but compact. Free Internet lets you work out what to do next.

The hotel is difficult to find, hidden in a back street. Look for the 7/11 just up from the Kraze Burgers and head down behind it.

The access to the subway, (Seoul Subway is one of the best around), and airport buses within a block is really helpful for getting around meaning that being outside the Seoul City Center is not a problem.
