The location of the hotel is excellent. Few minutes walk to the myeongdong train station. Lots of restaurants, shopping, safe neighborhood and even though the hotel is in the center of all the hustle and bustle, its surprisingly very quiet in your bedroom. Breakfast was very good, selections of hot and cold buffet. The room is excellent in size. Plenty to walk around.
The reason why I only gave this hotel 3 star rating was because with my encounter with the staff. From the doorman who don't even greet you when you enter or exit the hotel, to the restaurant staff who help themselves with coffee, hot soups, and juices. C'mon guys, guest like me can see you helping yourselves for the food that meant to be for guests. Go to the kitchen and get your soup or drinks there away from the observant eyes of the guests. It doesn't look very professionals.
Room attendant are excellent. My room was very clean. A very big thank you to them.

We stayed in Pacific Hotel for 5 nights and we enjoyed the stay. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room we stayed has huge bed which is comfortable.

The hotel is located in myeongdong and very close to the metro station (exit 2). It is about less than 5mins walk to the metro station and therefore i highly recommend this hotel to those who wants to stay near the shopping areas in myeongdong. There are also convenience shops (ie.711)and eateries nearby the hotel.

Lastly the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can speak english and some can even speak mandarin. They provided us helpful advice such as how to travel to Everland via public transport and they even printed out the map for us. We truly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely choose this hotel should we visit seoul the next time!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights.
It is our first tike in Korea , the staffs treat us very good and helpful in everything.
Great strong front desk team with full of informations for customer like a subway , the places to visited, how much the cost to shopping here or there!! Stuff like that .
The breakfast was several kind of food 🥘 but they start from 7am-10am in my opinion if u open one more hours till 11 am will be perfect better .
If talk about the housekeeping part, it was very active in the job ,and they are make up room very clean and cozy for stay in.
The location just walk 5-10 mins to namsan park Ana cabin car station to go N -Seoul tower. It was perfect hotels locations to go myeongdong market , Catherine church ⛪️, lottle mall and etc,
I wish I come back and stay here again for sure.
