This is the worst hotel that I visited in seoul. in My previous vists i stayed in diffrent hotels with kitchen like vabien but seoul residence is worst hotel. Do not go there. You have very better/good service residence is there near yekosam station that is Dormy Inn service residence.

Do not opt for this hotel at all.

Room Tip: NO. don't choose this at all

One week stay with my mom & daughter. So convenient, the train station is just round the corner. There are so many cafes, shops, laundrette and mini supermarket is in the building.
Taxi fare around 7000 Won to Itaewon for Halal food - off peak period...like in the evening.

It is like your own home with kitchenette and washing machine. Free Wired internet. The staff speak English and they were OK.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this hotel.

Pros:
-Convenient location (close to subway station and downtown areas)
-Close to convenience store and pharmacy

Cons:
-Poor service and rude staff! I had to argue with the front desk to get more toilet paper. It was ridiculous
-Narrow one-way driveway (taxis can't drive in with heavy luggage)
-No wireless internet
-Not enough power outlets

In summary, don't stay here! There are lots of similarly priced alternatives with much better service.

We literally had to beg for the most basic of amenities--to fix the leak in the shower, to receive an extra pillow or an extra pair of room slippers. The manager especially was NOT accommodating and rude most of the time. He wouldn't even take the time to answer simple questions (the question, "are there any hospitals in the area?" was met with a shrug). It was obvious customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
Even though the room we had rented was a 3 person suite, it only had one power outlet and one ethernet cord. Wireless was very slow and the furniture shows signs of wear and tear.
I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my wife & mother-in-law. Was very satisfied with the room facilities & condition. It has almost all of the amenities. A gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a separate freezer and even a washing machine. For muslims like us, this is a huge plus cause we can bring our own food and cook there as the area around our hotel doesn't have halal food. Plus, it is a mere walking distance from the Line 2 Seollung station subway exit 4. Highly recommend this hotel especially for muslims.

Pros:
-Amenities (cooking stove, oven, refrigerator with separate freezer, washing machine, wired high-speed internet
-Helpful reception staff that are able to speak english
-A convenience store below the hotel
-Walking distance to Line 2 Seollung station subway exit 4
-Not a busy area as at downtown

Cons:
-Far from attractions and halal food which are mainly located at Itaewon
-No wifi at hotel so can't connect my phone to internet. Had to connect to other unknown wifi connections near hotel. Had to use my laptop to connect to the cable connection for the internet.
-My room doesn't have a microwave

Room Tip: Search for the best rate at booking.com or agoda.m
