So it's not an actual hotel, so don't expect that level of service. It has adequate house keeping, including toilet paper and the rooms are kept clean. The air conditioning filters are indeed dusty. But keep in mind this is a place where people usually stay for longer terms.
The beds are firm, mostly because they seem to be the wrong way around: soft on the inside yet hard on the outside. For comfort you'd need a soft top...
My stay here was a little weird as I had an acute medical problem and needed medical care. After some language problems with the front desk the property manager came and acted as my guardian arranging an ambulance and treatment in hospital. He stayed with me to translate and arrange medical care as he definitely felt responsible for his guests, so it seems. Not from being kind, but out of responsibility. Suits me fine, cause what is service? It might just be the difference between getting what you want and getting what you need...if you want hotel service, go stay in a hotel.
