Decided to end our daughter and son in laws' trip to Cairo with a nights stay at this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable but not too intrusive. The rooms were first class and the pillows the best I have ever slept on. We had a great meal in the Turkish restaurant and again the service was brilliant as was the food. We all had Spa treatments the next day and were not disappointed in any way. Everything about this Hotel is special and I would highly recommend staying here. we will most certainly be back!

I stayed here for two weeks in late October. Cairo is under martial law and, at times, I felt like the only guest in the hotel. But the upside of that was I received a highly personalised service. The staff were plentiful and attentive. One day, I had a bad allergic reaction from eating something (away from the hotel). I called the hotel doctor, who appeared or within five minutes. He had a full medical kit with him and immediately made a correct diagnosis of my malady. He gave me an injection, prescribed medication (which the hotel staff delivered - also within minutes ) and rang me later to check on my progress. I recovered quickly and am extremely grateful to Dr Moataz and the hotel staff for their care and concern. It was a standard of service that went well beyond anything I have previously experienced in a 5* hotel. I have no hesitation in recommending the Kempinski Nile Hotel – that is where I will stay on my next visit to Cairo. Great service in a secure environment.

I visited the place many times, and having visited many hotels in cairo, it's the best.
It may be little more costy than other five star hotels but honestly it's the best value for money one.
the view is very nice looking at the nile and kasr-el-nil bridge and the place is very near to Tahrir square, Talaat harb streetm Egyptian museum and all downtown (west-el-balad) attractions.
The hotel is having a good gym and a fantastic pool on the roof with really awesome juices.
with an internet access on the room, and a welcoming guide on the TV, you don't need to ask for any more help regarding information.

Room Tip: rooms looking at Nile are amazing, specially with the full view

Stayed for two nights together with some colleagues on a business trip.
We were all shocked at how high the standards were here, any frequent visitors to Cairo will understand that. The hotel is extremely stylish in a tasteful subtle way - again unusual for Cairo.
The choice and quality of food was excellent both at breakfast and lunch. Rooms spacious enough and immaculate and the bed and pillows were like sinking into a luscious cloud, the best I've ever slept on. We could hear no noise of any description from inside our rooms, amazing for Cairo.
The roof terrace was small but very pretty with the pool and views, also good views from the higher balconies on the Nile side.
Butler service was a bit haphazard as you first had to find the butler, but very nice when you did, soft drinks in the room fridge were also complimentary.
There's a stylish piano/jazz bar at the top, the gym also apparently overlooks the Nile but we didn't try it.
The best contender would be the Four Seasons, but having stayed in so many Cairo hotels I would choose the Kempinski every time if I could. It is smaller and more of a boutique hotel which only does it even more justice.

Now is not the easiest time to be in Cairo, but the Kempinski maintains the highest standards in its jewel of a hotel by the Nile. The property and the rooms are superb, the food is fabulous and the service is nothing short of exceptional.

This is one of the most impressive hotel on Nile corniche, Although It pales in comparison with some of the larger properties in the vicinity yet by no means it is unimpressive. Staff is Very friendly and eager to meet your expectations. stayed two nights last week and it was really a pleasant experience. Extremely tidy and clean rooms offer a breathtaking view of the Nile, With a table and chairs in the balcony one can enjoy the Nile view while sipping morning Tea or coffee. A very good restaurant on 10th floor for the buffet breakfast with a good spread to choose from.I also Tried Turkish restaurant on the mezzanine floor twice and enjoyed the experience thoroughly,It offers delicious food with beautiful presentation.I would rate the service and cleanliness above many of the hotels I have tried in Egypt. Only inconvenience though is the maddening downtown traffic in the area. For a business traveler hard pressed for time it may spoil otherwise a very pleasant experience.

Room Tip: Nile view deluxe rooms are must to enjoy the Nile view.
