This is my third stay in the Four Seasons Nile Plaza since April 2012. Everything about this hotel is perfect from the moment you walk through their doors. What really amazes me is the professionalism of the staff. Although the hotel is considered huge, with too many guests arriving every day, the staff do remember you! In fact, they note down all your preferences into their system and make sure they fulfil all the tiny details that guests require every time they return.
There are two Four Seasons Hotels in Cairo. I tried them both. They are both excellent. However, the Nile Plaza is ultra special. There's nothing like having breakfast in the balcony, which is really big and has beautiful views of the Nile and Cairo.
During my stays. I tried two types of rooms: Four Seasons Executive Suite and Diplomatic Suite. The Executive Suite is 84 sq.m*. It has a Huge balcony, or what could be considered a terrace with a sitting area and a sunbathing lounge chair. Whereas the Diplomatic Suite is larger, 96 sq.m*. but with a relatively smaller, yet still too big, balcony which has a sitting area.
Finally, I would like to express my appreciation to a member of the Four Seasons NP professional Front Desk staff, Mr. Emad Essam, who delivered nothing but excellence in service and attended to my requirements promptly.
