The hotel sucks !
- The room contains cockroaches and many insects
- Towels and beds are not clean at all
- TV does not work properly and it has visual and audio distortions
- The air condition stopped working several times a night, which necessitated the call of one of the hotel workers to make it work
- The room smelled very bad as a result of the presence of water in the carpet in front of the bathroom
- There is no hot water in the bathroom
- WiFi does not work in the rooms, only in the lounge
- Water is leaking in the bathroom taps and water stopcock along the whole night , giving an annoying voice which prevents sleep
- The hotel's disco sound is very high and noisy
- The water boiler is totally unclean, not recommended at all to drink from it
- Cups are not clean to drink in
- There is no notice-paper stating "please don't disturb" to be placed in the room's door lock
- I didn't receive the air condition remote for a very long time, nearly an hour
- The elevator is very old, and when you call it, sometimes it does not work and you have to ask reception to restart its power so that the call button works again
- Most of the lamps in the room are burned and do not work
- A very old refrigerator, unclean and hardly working
- The power slots in walls are not numerous, so that when you need for example to recharge you smartphone or laptop, you either have to remove power from TV or from the boiler or whatever is connected to power
- Very expensive in regards of its state, room has many problems and this must affect its cost
- Shouldn't be classified as a three-star hotel , not recommended to reside in it at all
- There is no treasury to safely keep money in
- There is no instructions about what to do in case of urgent states like fire
- Room's view is disgusting, especially that walls need to be repainted
- The view of some rooms' windo is: destructed buildings, very ugly view
- Bathroom does not have rolled paper
- Bathtub is unclean and there is no water stopper to fill it with water
- There is no free tea or coffee beside the water boiler
- Refrigerator is totally empty from any drink, even you want to pay for drinks, you cannot find any in the refrigerator
- There is no instructions about how to call the reception , also no instructions about how to function the electrical instruments in the room

I did not think much good of this hotel. It is indeed conveniently located in the vicinity of the airport for a reasonable price. Compared to the prices of hotels nearby located, it was relatively cheap. Beds were OK, rooms were really not very clean nor really pretty looking, bathroom was clean but really looked outdated. Breakfast was nothing special, just OK to start the day... All in all, too bad that we will somehow also remember Cairo in relation to this poorly kept hotel.

Did not think much of this hotel. Apart from being fairly convenient for the airport and not expensive , it was quite drab and very noisy at night, very loud music from about 11pm till after 3.00am. The breakfast was adequate no other meals were tried. Staff so so.

Room Tip: If you need to use this hotel ask for rooms on the higher floors - less noisy music at night

The hotel was something that i will remember for many years, there were cockroaches in the room, (they sprayed all the time but the cockroaches keep on coming!!!) and although the hotel staff were trying their best and i thank them for that, the facilities wouldn't help them.
The windows have single layer of glass so the sound of the car horns can be really annoying during night.
I' wouldn't recommend this hotel to no-one especially if they travel with kids. For a small business trip with no special requests is OK but nothing more!
