The hotel is very far from the airport. The overall feel is not great and the breakfats on offer also gives very limited options. The rooms also do not offer great views and are very far away from teh main entrance or restaurant.

Room Tip: Look at rooms on higher floors

Advantages:
Quiet hotel
Big pool
Comfortable rooms
Far away from Cairo noise

Disadvantages:
Prices are a lot cheaper than Booking.com
Pool is very deep, and the normal depth one is not good viewed

The rooms were very nice, bathrooms a little outdated but still clean and nice. Cable TV had terrible channels but at least you could watch one or two in english. Food was nice, basically the same food that you would get anywhere in Cairo.

The internet was not free and was super expensive. US$8 per hour.

The swimming pool was the highlight of the hotel. It was so nice. Although the hotel is located right next to a highway, you couldn´t really hear the cars, which was nice.

Breakfast was included and really good, but it was the same exact food every single day. It would have been nice to have some variety once in a while.

The service, as a whole, was nice.

You might be wondering why the hotel doesn´t get the 4 stars. I had a pretty bad experience with them. I was leaving to go to Luxor one day, so I checked out, but I was coming back the following day and checking in again. I mistakenly left my white sweater inside my room and when I realized this after leaving the hotel at 5AM, I called at 7AM and notified a couple of people. However, the sweater never appeared. This tells me a lot about the hotel and the staff. God knows what else got stolen from us and we haven´t realized yet.

That small resort is perfect for one day use or one night in Cairo that is hotel remarked by
1- Cheaper resort on Cairo comparing other resorts
2- Clean and staff friendly also so much easy check in & check out
3- Far from any disobedience in Cairo now
4- Far from population areas in Cairo
5- Good for photos in many locations
6- Nice swimming pool
7- Free tea, Nescafe and water inside the room, kettle also available free, you can ask room service for more daily.
But there are many disadvantages too
1- There is no program animation you have to enjoy your program yourself.
2- Mosquitoes on the gardens so you are instructed to use mosquitoes skin protection, but on the room mosquitoes fighter machine is available free with its parts free too.
3- No drain on the toilet floor so don’t let any water get out shower place or you will call the room service after shower.
4- No sound system available and they told me they respect Ramadan holly month
5- Some rooms have damage air condition unit so you instructed to inspect the AC first , and contact the reception number 0 if you need to change your room for bad AC they will accept free without any objection or more speaking.

Room Tip: Swimming pool in the center of the hotel so all room the same

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The staff can not do enough for you even in the heat of the day. During Ramadan were the local staff can not eat or drink between 0300hrs and 1900hrs they still work tirelessly for every guest. The food is excellent and abundant. Children are well looked after and the stay was pleasent even in the time the country is experiencing.

I am due back on the 2nd August 2013 and am looking forward to it.

Jon Cumbia (Lake District) England.

Room Tip: Ask for what you need and the staff will endeavour to do their best.

I was travelling with 'on the go' tours and this hotel was where our tour ended.

The hotel is well located and is a 10 minute drive (in minimal traffic) to the Pyrmaids. The big 3.

The hotel is quite big. The facilites offered are very good and as a tourist you dont really need to go anywhere else to get the basics. The pool is really big and clean. The gym and sauna is good. There are a few restaurants and shops in the complex, including a bank and an ATM. The staff are all fantastic. The check in staff, the secuirty and even the man mowing the lawn outside my room! All very friendly and welcoming.

I was in room 502 for 2 nights. The king bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and very soft. The bathroom is of a good size but the shower head needs replacing. It leaks. The dealt bolt on the door wont click through either. The room is spacious and airy with a nice back porch. In room tea and coffee facilites are good as well.

The walls feel thin. I could hear all of the conversations people were having out in corridoors. It was quite loud. Either they were loud and happy or the walls are far too thin. Maybe both!

The breakfast was not so great. There was a good variety but the quality of the product was average. Given that the product was fresh, maybe it was a bad day for it when I had breakfast there. The staff again, as usual were great.

There are no weighing scales in the bathroom. This is an issue for me. Why? I use it to weigh my bags! Excess baggage at check in is a B#$! BUT when I spoke with Sherif Shabaan - the chief concierge - he was fantastic. He sent a bell hop to my room and I followed him to the 'staff only' area behind the hotel to their warehouse loading bay where we used their industrial scales! My bag was definitely over by 3 kilos = $USD 54. The hotel and Sherif saved me a nice meal out with drinks!!

All in all my stay here was pleasant.

A good location, great staff, spacious rooms and good facilites.

Room Tip: The resort is quite spread out. To avoid walking long distances, request a room in block's 7 or...
