The location is great as it's on a quiet street, but only a five minute walk from the ferry. The Luxor temple is directly across the Nile.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He arranged all my touring for two days with very little notice and an awareness of my limited budget. The breakfast was plentiful and included with the room.

The hotel is well appointed with comfortable beds, balconies for every room, and hot water. The showers need a little work re: water getting everywhere, but as it's very new, it'll probably get worked out soon.

It has an awesome roof with views of the Valley of Kings and the East Bank. There's even a bar on top, which would have been awesome for parties if the hotel was more full. Because of the political crisis the last few years, most of the hotels were ridiculously empty for high season, but there's no danger in Luxor (in fact, there's not even 'danger' in Cairo) at all and tourists should take advantage of this "low" season for great deals and no crowds.

Room Tip: All rooms face the center courtyard so noise could travel. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a street balcony.

Found this hotel by luck and we were not let down. It feels like a palace inside and is beautifully designed and so clean. The staff couldn't do enough for us and organised 2 days of sightseeing for us with a brilliant taxi driver Ahmed. Due to political situation, Luxor is empty and we were the only guests. So sad as Luxor relies heavily on tourism. Very reasonably priced for a 2 bedroom apartment with breakfast. Will definately go there again. Thanks Hassan and Mohammed.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of April, the building was really lovely just been done. The rooms were really lovely and clean and the staff were really lovely and helpful. You can book trips with them which helped a lot. At the top of the hotel you have the roof terrace which have beautiful views of the Nile river and the Temples.
