We stayed 3 nights in El Nakhil, but would have loved to stay more!! Just add a swimming pool and TV in the rooms, and it would have been the best hotel in Louxor!
I told the owners we were coming for our honeymoon, and they took care of plenty of small details to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Free lemon juice at our arrival, really nice room with a coupole above the bed, different towel sculptures on the bed every day...
Its location on the west bank make it perfect for quietness. The restaurant is GREAT, with plenty of choices, and safe food: the water is boiled every time they use it to wash vegetables or make ice. It is really nice to know when you've been sick before :-)
The staff is really friendly and willing to help.
Overall, I would recommend it to everyone, for short and long stays... It's been the best hotel in our 1-month trip.
