“Great view”
Reviewed 2 November 2013

We booked a taxi for the day through aircab. The driver was able to come with us to the top and provided us with good information on the sites, history etc, was like our own personalised service for the day. View is great from the height and relatively inexpensive to go. There are no markings or signs on the roof to display what you are looking at.

Will participating in a tourism exhibition in Nairobi, I visited the KICC and this place is just magical. quite large halls, very exciting restaurant and coffees shops. What moved us is the level of cleanliness. It is amazing how they manage to keep this place clean and neat. We were told, Never leave Nairobi as a visitor before visiting KICC

“If there for a conference, as I was, you can expect a square meal to be served but no contest for Michelin stars ...”
Reviewed 30 October 2013

Lunch at the KICC, either taken in the Chinese restaurant or one of the set up function rooms, means to queue up on food buffets, load your plate, find a table to sit down, eat, get up and go. All adequate but nothing exciting for sure.

“360 degrees view of Nairobi”
Reviewed 10 October 2013

This is certainly the place to see the city on a rooftop. It's one of the tallest building in CBD area and the fees is worth paying to be on the top.

It would also help if they have legends up there to guide the visitors who are coming alone or without a guide. Fortunately, had a local friend accompany me and can pinpoint which place is which.

“Stuning view and TOP start to the Nairobi city!”
Reviewed 7 October 2013

If you are not affraid of heights this is TOP place where to start your Nairobi city tour. You cant miss this tower because its the tallest building around center of Nairobi and there are all important buildings such as court, goverment building etc. around. When you pass security check head inside the building and ask for a guide ( best one is Peter ask for him! ) he speaks very well english and he is kinda funny and he have very good knowledge of the city. So he take you by the lift to the rooftop on the helipad and you will have amazing view. Take a map with you and try to figure out where are you and where are all the places it will help you a lot afterwards when you will walk around the city!!! Entry is free but guide will take some charge from you soo its allways ok to donate something if you are satisfied - and you will be!
