In the cramped area of downtown Nairobi there is a little hidden gem. An amazing space that is crammed, not very well displayed, little museum that shows the history of the East African Railway. It's a but muddled, and jumbled but there are some stand out pieces inside. The railway carriages sit a bit forlorn on the tracks, but you can get up close and personal with them. Worth picking your way through to see a slice of Kenyan history. Half a day will do it justice, and take a snack, no cafe or toilets here.
