We stayed here for three nights on our honeymoon in June and we were not disappointed. Sophie and Patrick made us feel so welcome, taking the time to chat with us and get to know us.
We stayed in the honeymoon tent and it was fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable and with the most spectacular view from the decking.
The team were very helpful and made sure that we were well looked after during our stay.
The camp is open and so the animals are free to wander through. It's completely safe as the Maasai guards will accompany you around the camp after dark.
There is plenty to do while staying here other than your usual game drives. I really loved the evenings, we'd sit round the fire pit with a drink before enjoying a communal dinner in the evening. The food was fantastic and we got to meet new people and share tales of the day's activities. On our last evening we had a private dinner served on the decking outside our tent, looked after by a fantastic member of the team.
We really felt at home here and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a break away from modern life and a little bit of luxury in the Mara!More
