I stayed at Bamburi Beach Resort for 5 days! It was beautiful, quite, clean and super courteous! The views, local stores, restaurants and most of all staff made this trip worth more than I paid. Literally, everyone there works constantly to keep the resort clean and guest happy. It's all inclusive which meant I saved money. Lots of activities like scuba and jet skis. The hotel store had amazing deals. The shuttle from the airport was perfect!!!!!!!Thank you Carolyn, John and all the staff. The chefs cooke great food and I loved my daily supply of naan bread! I would only ask that you improve the shower faucet for better water flow and newer televisions. But, who has time to stay in the room!

Stayed at the BBH for 3 weeks. Came in the low season because I wanted a relaxing holiday. The best part of the holiday were the staff especially when dinning. Very helpful and informative. Food was excellent and facilities generally good.

It has a conducive environment and good area for recreational actives which is good for team build. The food is nice in fact if u r a vegetarian although they have a variety of meals. The staff are ready to help where one has a problem

The place has good ambiance but the food is the same day in day out,no variety at all.The beds are not comfortable at all...the mattress is worn out and thin. When it rains the slippery floors are not wiped immediately thus posing a very big risk of injuring people. The staff seem not be motivated given that they serve you without any zeal.
Much improvement is needed to bring back life to the hotel.

So we travelled in a large group and had a great time. The host was gracious and the chefs did a good job especially on Good Friday dinner. The package was all inclusive so we literary had food and select drinks to our fill. If you dont like keg beer then drinks would be a no go for you. As for the cocktails, they are not that good considering they are using non premium vodka *drink name withheld.
The games and entertainment were great. Absolutely loved the water polo, always looked forward to the game.
The heat could make you go insane and if the AC is not working as was in some of my friends' rooms you will be checked into a mental facility.
The check in was short of treacherous, the cleaning of the rooms was painstakingly slow, but i guess you pay for what you get.
They were some staff that were extremely nice and some not as nice, but overall LOVED my trip.
Thanks.
Oh-they need to change those hideous blankets and the TVs of 1990 was an eye sore, i am sure there are cost effective flat screen TVs. The rooms interior need a MASSIVE overhaul.
