I was told this is a oakwood chain, but when I got there, I was told that they have nothing to do with oakwood. The partnership has broken up for ages and they are still selling the hotel as oakwood apt. Feeling a bit cheated, I stayed in the hotel. Half way through, general maintenance of the local water pipes caused no hot water in the hotel for two weeks. Although it was out of their control, thru had no adequate contingency plan. Their best option was providing a single working shower per floor. There was no hot water for washing up etc. Any hotel, and absolutely service apt, should have a indecent boiler system. Soon after, their Internet wasn't working properly, and I was told that they can't fix it in the evening or any weekends morning as there is one IT guy in the hotel. There are many other incidences while I stayed in the hotel. Their laundry dept overcharged me and added an additional order in the laundry sheet which I never placed. And I have to ask them to re-iron my coat as they basically made it more creased then when I sent to dry clean...etc..apart from a sorry, there is no any other compensation we received. In all, I will not stay in the hotel any more, and if you like to try, don't expect international standard.
