I can't say enough about the service at this hotel.. every time I walked by the front desk, the attendant would smile and ask how my day was. She printed out maps of the area for us, hailed taxis on the street and answered any questions we had. The only problem here was the air-con system, which didn't seem to be that cool, as a previous commenter on here had said. I was so hot at night, I had to ask for a fan to be brought to the room. (However, the service was wonderful in a pinch again.) This is the only reason I'd give it three stars; it's a big deal on a 40-degree day when you've been walking around outside for hours and need a cool room.
Location is fine if you want to be near the 798 Arts District; if you want to be closer to the main sights in town, there are more centrally located hotels.More
