“Chinese Hotpot”
Reviewed 5 June 2014

This restaurant is on an upper floor of a mall. We took our two small children and the waiting area was very kid friendly. We were shown a short table with little stools to sit on and play a board game. They offered us tea and a box of savory/sweet snacks while we waited. They also had many activities for the kids to play while they waited. I saw a fishing game, art table, and video games. It appeared that they also had a play room the kids could enter. I am not sure if this was child care while you ate or just while you waited for a table. Once at our table we asked if they had an english menu or spoke english. Our waiter found someone who spoke english and helped us understand the process. You order on an ipad by scrolling through the different tabs to choose which stock, veggies, and meat you want. This restaurant is best to attend with a group, as it is more expensive than many. My children eat very little and so for the 2 of us we spent around 250rmb. We did not order special drinks. The unlimited water and lime was 4rmb. We did not try the extra bar with fruits and condiments, however it was 9rmb and free for children. You cook the food yourself in the broth to your liking. They suggested 5 mins for meat and 3 for veggies. We ordered 2 noodles which was not enough. They come out and hand pulled the noodles in front of the table and made a bit of a show of it, which we all enjoyed. If you have plenty of time to enjoy a long delicious meal, I would suggest this restaurant. We were rather stressed figuring out the process, so I hope this helps. Enjoy!

“Perfect resto in Beijing! ”
Reviewed 14 May 2014 via mobile

It is located above a very classy mall. The service is super excellent! The waiting area has all sorts of games for adults and kids. It gives finger foods while you wait to be seated. The ambiance is very nice. The shabu shabu mushroom soup is very delicious! The foods are excellent! It is bot expensive too. Super best resto to go if you are in Beijing!

“Great fun”
Reviewed 13 April 2014 via mobile

As Western tourists who had never tried hot pot Beijing style, this was a lip smacking and exciting introduction. Local clientele, extremely cheap prices (meal for two with soft drinks was RMB 150), phenomenal food. The staff generally spoke no English but one waitress spoke some English and helped us to navigate the menu. The broth is heated in the middle of the table and you add the ingredients yourself - great fun.

“Great hot pot and fantastic service”
Reviewed 27 February 2014 via mobile

A restaurant chain in China but do not let that put you off. This is a great restaurant with the reviews to back this up.

This place gets very busy so get here early or expect to wait.

This was our first time having a hot pot however the staff went out of their way to show us how to enjoy our meal.

Had the mushroom and sichuan hot pot which was great and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. A great dining experience when in Beijing
