I stayed in this hotel several times since it is in walking distance to our office in beijing. I booked the executive floor all times since they are offering a fee additional services like free laundry, lounge etc. The standard is really good and the staff is friendly and most if them are speaking at least some english. There is a shopping center, restaurants, pub but nothing mote.

I've been staying at the Lido for more than 15 years each trip to Beijing. The hotel is nice with good services and clean. The location is great and it is a great value. I stay on the executive floor. The perks are good. Also Ms Wang has worked on the 5th floor desk for many of these 15 years. She is very professional and efficient.

This hotel is a normal 3-star hotel in China. It is a little old but not so cheap.

The hotel is not far away from the airport. So you may stay there for one night before you drive to the airport to catch an earlier flight.

Room is not so fancy but so so, at least it is clean.

The parking is kind of free if you ask the front desk to waive the charge.

The staff was helpful but too busy to handle the request... I didn't know how many lines when I checked out...:-(

Breakfast is expensive relatively.

The hotel is a bit old, but is a big property with many shops and restaurants on the site, and more right in the neighborhood. We stayed there 4 nights with a group of high school students and it was perfect. There were things to eat and shops, plus they enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast buffet was really great and the service was good too. For the price it was convenient and met our needs.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not adjacent to construction site next door.

Nice place to stay with a good buffet for breakfast. Taxi ride to the Pearl Market, Silk Market and Forbidden City. Not the hustle and bustle of downtown. 30 to 45 minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean walls a little bit thin, but nice place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful

Room Tip: There are a few wings. Choose one on the off street side.
