Pho Saigon is a Vietnamese restaurant in Hong Kong owned by a Vietnamese-Australian expat on Hong Kong. I had the chicken pho and thoroughly enjoyed it for the flavor and scent. The pho appeared authentic with no overage of MSG enhancement if none at all. The red chillies offered for additional heat were fresh and packed a punch.
The restaurant was relatively clean however the bathroom was small with no sink available; fortunately I had some Purell hand sanitizer on me;)
I eat quite a bit of good pho at home in the US (check out Phu Pho Quoc in San Francisco, otherwise known as PPQ) and Pho Saigon in Wan Chai, Hong Kong is an excellent substitute over seas.
