After a few stays at W hotels around the globe, I have to say it still keeps amazing me time after time, loved it's location in Hong Kong, easy access, groovy and spacious rooms, the way you can play with space thru sliding doors. The gym was amazing on floor 63rd, LOVED IT!!!

If you want a modern hotel in the centre of a huge shopping centre with an amazingly comfortable bed then this is the hotel for you !
It is beyond trendy!
The staff are wonderful,Sammy and Sheldon made my stay especially perfect!
The roof top pool was amazing, the restaurants are mind blowing!
City check is downstairs so when you want to get rid of the bags ask Sheldon to help you take them there!

We stayed 3 nights at W under promotional package. First impression of the hotel was funky, with modern/ ecletic decor & music. Service was great except for one experience with a girl at the concierge who told us that it is not possible walk to Kowloon waterfront promenade, which was untrue.
During check-in, we were offered upgrade to a smoking room with harbour view which we declined but got a 33rd floor room with garden view instead, which was still wonderful. Room was a good size with main amenities available but no free internet in the room. The bathtub came with a small TV screen which was a luxury.
Bathroom toiletries are Bliss products which were fabulous to use.
Location is just above Kowloon station & TST is only 10min cab ride away. Free shuttle to TST from hotel available but u have to make your own way back.
Amazing stay and i will definitely come back here again.

Trendy, modern and friendly hotel.
Great room with all facilities I could think of, great view as week.
Very friendly staff, although the check in was a bit slow and obviously the FO staff didn't like each other as seen on their facial expressions to each other during our check in.
Great bar, good service as we'll.
Ideal location next to elements.

Really convenient if you are coming from Hong Kong airport since Kowloon station is right under the hotel. Good view from rooms, away from crazy crowds and streets. Nice modern design rooms and common areas. Cool out door pool on 73 floor, great view from gym. As usual for W hotels, great music at Woobar and lobby. Great service overall from check in n out, concierge, doormen. Comfy bed. One of the better W hotels. A bit pricey though

Room Tip: Harbour and ICC view is better than full ocean view

I stayed at W hong kong for 3 days. The room is large. The price of food from room service is reasonable and worth it. The staffs are very friendly. The highlight is the swimming pool. The view is amazing and the staffs there are really nice and handsome. They got a lot of information about hong kong, if you want to look for local food in hong kong, you should visit the pool and look for the staffs. Just there is very windy, P.S. Bring jacket,

This W is the best I have ever been to. It is a huge statement as I have been to 10+ Ws all over and W Hong Kong is way beyond my already sky high expectations. The location is perfection. It is on top of this brand loaded shopping mall called 'Elements' with a high end supermarket (called 360), next to the subway station. The subsway station is also where the airport express trains go. The best part is when you leave Hong Kong, you carry your luggage to the subway station and you can print your boarding passes and check in your luggage at the station too. This is godsend.

More about the hotel, the infinity pool is on the 78th floor with a hot tub. The amazing skyline of Hong Kong is in front of your very eyes. The Bar on the 6th floor is always lively. Specialty drinks (about $13) was delish, fancy and well made. Ordered room service to entertain my guests in my suite, which was reasonably priced and wowed my guests. The tirimisu was put in a pot like a plant! Fried cheese displayed on a little fryer. Ceviche was on a dark slate. Very sleek.

Check in was super efficient. Staff has friendly and can-do attitude. A true 'whatever whenever' service.

The room itself was more than marvalous. I had the marvalous suite which is 800 sq ft, bigger than a lot of the condos for the whole family. For what I got, it is like staying in one of those multi-million dollar condos nearby. The room featured a tub that overlooks the skyline of Hong Kong (with walll to ceiling windows), a super fancy high pressured rain shower side jets, an amazing 360 view of the city, a huge living room, a dining table to entertain guest, and a sliding door separating the living area and the bedroom. Everything is so well thought out - no wonder I don't want to leave this place.

The buffett breakfast is amazing, with individual size bottle of fresh juice and individual size spa water bottles. All the oatmeals are in individual jars. Also features a made to order aisan noodels station, an omlete station, they even have 3 types of butter: Raspberry, blueberry butter and salted butter.

Everyone that works there are friendly and professional. Do yourself a favor, come to W Hong Kong. You won't regreat it.

Room Tip: Go for the suite.
