Reviewed 16 July 2013

The hotel used to be good and value for money. Dont know what happen to the hotel lately.
The elevator is old and low maintanance. it almost dies in every floor it reaches.
Room floor is dirty,, seems like no one clean it.
Air con switch is broken.
Automatic toilet door is broken.
But overall service is very good. staff is helpful.

Bigger than average hotel room in HK with good price. Got a family room for my dad, my bro & I. Automated bathroom door, big bathroom, pantry, free wifi, clean, good location in Wan Chai with street snacks and good yum cha places nearby. Reception on the 11th floor.

This hotel is cheap for Hong Kong and is ok if you don't mind Reception being on the 11th floor. What made it inconvenient for us is that they will only give you one room key. My wife and I shopped separately and so needed to leave the key with Reception. Only one lift serviced the 11th floor upwards to the accommodation levels.

Accordingly we each had to go to the 11th floor each time we wanted access to our room. That said, the staff are very responsive. The TV in our room was on the blink but the staff responded rapidly and stayed with it until the TV worked. That took about 30 minutes and included the maintenance man.

Room Tip: Try to get two room keys.

I was in this hotel in the begining of my with my friends. It is good for this price. Room and bathroom is really small, but clean. Wifi is free, but sometimes is not working.Usually I travel because of my business, and for business this hotel is bad. But if you arrive in Hong Kong for rest for a few days it is normal. Usually I returned for the hotel at nigth only to sleep. Hotel located near Wan Chai metro station and near the street with lot of bars and disco. Taxi to the Central cast only 22-24 HKD. So, this hotel good for this money.

1. No Taxi Service, you have to drag your luggage to another street.
2. No Drinking Water
3. Bath room with bad smell.
4. No fresh air except aircon (with huge ramble)
No even small window, if your turn aircon, too clod (April)
if turn off aircon, too warm.
5. very small desk, but no room to write.
6. whole room about 5-6 sqm, too small.
7. I booked with water view paid USD198.00 per room, but over the tiny window, first see two sides other dirty building, then you see the construction site.
8. I booked this hotel via Booking.com, this is absolutely can not be trusted booking website.

Room Tip: Nothing good, the worst I had.

I stayed here for four nights with some friends for the Rugby 7's. It is a good job we were only here to sleep but even that they managed to spoil. I swapped one Hotel for this one because it looked better on line. I wish now that I had not. The room is nothing that I expected. It does not match the blurb that I found on line prior to booking. The room needs a complete overhaul. My bed was up against the window lengthways and you can't open the curtains without clambering all over the bed! The bed was as hard as nails and I probably would have got a better nights sleep if I had slept on a park bench somewhere. The room is dark and dingy and with the dark coloured decoration adds to the depression you feel when you walk into the room. It may be one of the cheaper options to stay but it is not worth the money. I've stayed in better tents than this Hotel. I can not find anything good to say about the Hotel and I did not really speak to the staff much so am unable to comment on their attitude and behaviour. The cleaning staff I spoke to were alright and kept the room as clean as they could. The problem is that you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear! It's close to HK Stadium and downtown Wan Chai are the nicest things that I can say!

Room Tip: Avoid this Hotel at all costs

Does a decent job & is certainly cheap but note that windows didnt really come. Location is excellent - right in Wan Chai & also v near the stadium so i probably would stay there again. They have 3 person rooms too which can further help save on cash

Room Tip: They have 3 persons rooms as well which can save on cash
