Excellent business hotel, well done. Close and convenient to the convention center (APAIE conference). If you are there for business make sure you book this hotel, since traveling back and fort to down town Hong-Kong is very time consuming. Even for an airport hotel true Asian hospitality! Thanks to their excellent staff on all levels!!

Room Tip: I got an upgrade to a suite, thank you!

This hotel is great if visiting the Asia Expo.
It is right next door and has a free shuttle service from the Airport.
Note that the location makes the hotel isolated with not many food choices nearby except the Airport.
The rooms are standard. The bedding was excellent.Toiletries are pretty basic but o.k.
I could hear my neighbours which was annoying.Restaurant food was good but staff have difficulty understanding your needs.Ordered a Caesar salad with room service.I was served a bowl of salad with a knife and fork..No bread or butter or even pepper or salt.Great indoor pool.
All in all a good choice for businness but otherwise not for me.

My niece and I stayed here in August 2013 for a one night layover after spending two weeks in rural SW China. We flew in from Guilin and found it easy to catch the hotel shuttle. A few minutes later we were checking in. In spite of how busy the hotel is, checkin went quickly and smoothly. The staff was attentive, knew their jobs, all were friendly, and all spoke excellent English. Our room was lovely, comfie, quiet and a great respite from the airport. We ended up eating a late supper ... After weeks of no salads, the fresh salad was a treat! Breakfast the next morning was also quite good. Lots of fresh fruit, western and Asian foods. Lots of help getting luggage moved about they stored our big bag overnight, and helped us get our luggage onto the shuttle. All in all, this was a great layover hotel. My one recommendation is to book it yourself. I used a travel agent and found out I couldn't get Marriott reward points.

This hotel would also make a fine place to stay if you only have 1-3 days in Hong Kong. There's a train station nearby so you can ride public transportation into Hong Kong. And the room rate we had of about $130/night sure beats the $300/night we paid in Kowloon! Since the rooms are quiet, and it'd be easy to go in and out of the city, why not save some money!

We stayed with our three kids because it is easy access to airport with a free shuttle. Asking the information desk outside immigration, we found the Marriott desk. The man ushered us directly to our van and in less than ten minutes dropped us at the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and number of smiling helpful staff who all spoke excellent English. The rooms were very nice, well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet featured food any international customer could eat.

I had not been to Hong Kong since 1998 - before the new airport opened. Once we arrived I figured out we were on Lantau Island where a huge Buddha and monastery are located. I had visited there before. I also figured out Disneyland is on Lantau Island and the hotel provides morning and evening shuttles back and forth. So if you have a day layover you can choose to fill your time visiting with one of two world icons - Buddha or Mickey Mouse.

Free wifi in the lobby and lobby cafe if you choose to linger over breakfast instead of getting outside.

We will stay again.

We've stayed here a fair few times and every-time is good. My husband's workplace use the Marriott every year for a residential and they are always satisfied. The hotel is busy as you would expect from a good airport hotel, but they cope well and have delightful staff. The big airlines use this hotel for their crew, so that tells you something. Always enjoyed the meals both in the restaurants and in room dining. The breakfast is great. We've stayed mainly in the suites which are large and very comfortable with everything you need. Fresh fruit, bottled water, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. There's a turn down service and free newspapers. The executive floor lounge has great snacks in the evening and drinks are available all day. Air con in rooms are also controlled by you which is also a great feature The staff are professional and very friendly. Loved the personal note in our room from the GM on our last stay in August. We always enjoy it here. Thank you for making us feel special.

Room Tip: Both side of the hotel give you great views of the planes. Great sound proofing though so noise not...

We are a family of 3 traveling from California to Malaysia and made a one-night stop in Hong Kong to catch a flight to Penang the next morning. Our flight arrived in early evening, we took the hotel shuttle, a 5 min ride, to the hotel. The girl was very efficient and pleasant checking us in. We had a room with two queen size beds, it is unusual to have rooms having two queen size beds in HK without paying significantly more. The other choice near the airport is the Regal Airport Hotel which is directly connected to the airport terminals, but the rooms are more expensive. The hotel was nicely decorated throughout, the room was very spacious, in HK standard. The bathroom had all the necessities you need and the shower was really nice. We did not have time to try the in-door pool, the gym nor the bar. The beds were comfortable and we fell asleep at no time and were rejuvenated to catch our flight the next morning. We will stay here again if transferring at HK airport.

The hotel however is bit far form Central and Tsim Sha Tsui, about 40 mins away.

Room Tip: There are shuttle buses running between the hotel and the airport every 15 mins, and the ride is abo...
