Stayed in a twin bed renovated room for 5 nights. We speaks mandarin and cantonese, so there was no issue communicating with the staffs over there. Staffs there are friendly and our room is cleaned everyday. Their office maybe closed once during midnight but the staff still can be reachable. The location is near to mtr exits and surrounded by many food & shopping outlets. The room though has no window (window is at the bathroom) but we did not feel stuffy. Lcd tv is available but only can access to few channels. The room is bigger than those not renovated, as we can have 3 luggages put on floor and still able to walk in room. The bathroom is wider too compared to non renovated room. Hair dryer is available in room. Each floor has also a common bathroom. Maps to nearby food & shopping outlets are pasted on common area wall. There is renovation going during our stay but it did not bother us as the knocking and drilling work was carried during office hour when we were out. The room wall is thin, we could hear many sounds but not considered as noise as we were too tired.

My husband and I chose this hotel mainly because of the good reviews, the very affordable price, and the strategic location.

We got the renovated couple's room which has a private bath/toilet and a double bed. The room is quite small, but you get what you pay for. Next time we return, we'l be booking the quadruple room. But we managed nevertheless, since we're both of small physical built. Just enough space for 2 medium-sized luggages, but not more.

There's free water dispenser right outside the room (which is a plus). The towels were very thin - but sufficient for our use and changed daily.

The only free amenities are body wash/gel and shampoo dispensers attached to the wall. Everything else - bring your own. Yes, including toothbrush/paste. There's hair dryer in the toilet/bath. The sink was really small, so big people might find it difficult to use.

Location is PERFECT ! A21 cityflyer bustop #13 (Tsim Sha Tsui) actually goes past it, so once you get off the bus, you just have to walk back a little (yes, past Holiday Inn but right before Giordano). It is right in the intersection of Nathan-TST main MTR station too! Building has a side exit if you take the freight elevator, which has MTR D2 exit right in front.

Elevator is quite small, but sufficient for 2 people with their luggages.

For breakfast, we simply take a quick walk to Silvercord mall food court (Food Republic - opens at 8am) which has a side entrance along Haiphong Rd.

Like I said, the hotel location is just so convenient that we usually go back to drop off our shopping haul then head back out to do some more shopping. Which means we spend more as get to shop more hahaha.

They were also very kind to allow us to leave our luggages upon check-out, while we go for some last-minute shopping.

Some quick shopping tips while at TST:
- Biggest Uniqlo store seems to be the one in Miramar, which is also along Nathan.
- For med-range to high-end specialty restaurants, visit iSquare mall, also along Nathan but opposite end of Miramar
- So many Le Saunda (mid-range priced shoe store selling good quality leather boots) shops nearby!
- So many Sasa stores nearby too! These are the hot-pink colored stores selling various cosmetics, perfumes, and health products.
- Take time to stroll and explore the nearby streets - you'll find a lot of interesting stores and restaurants.

When departing towards airport, you can either take the K3 airport shuttle or the A21 citybus - both bus stops just right across the street, a little bit to the left. We took the A21 bus as it's only 33 HKD, versus if you take airport express which is about 90 hkd.

We'll definitely return to this hotel - but will be getting a bigger room next time!

Room Tip: Request a room NOT facing street, and since room rates are cheap, might as well book the bigger room...

We had a lovely stay here last Jan 26-31.. good location, near in most of tourist places in TST like avenue of stars, parks, shopping mall, MTR and food stalls. the staffs are very friendly and accommodating, especially the pinay staffs..

The room is a bit crowded for 4 people but manageable, we placed all our luggage underneath our beds.. the bathroom is small but clean, with water heater and they provided clean towels everyday..

They cleaned our room almost everyday and we are satisfied for their services..

The place is secured and has 2 security personnel at the entrance of the building so there is no need to worry about your security..

My only problem is my pillow and comforters, i can't sleep because it's so soft and I am more comfortable if they gave 2 pillows per guest.. and the comforters is a bit small for 2 persons (and it's so cold) so i guess 2 comforters is enough per bed but beyond that .. its a thumbs up for me.. we'll definitely stay here again when we come back in HK.

Room Tip: try to ask about the 6th floor room ..it is much quieter on that side and away from the main road...

We stayed at the newly renovated room at the 6th floor. The room is small (just like any other room in HK) but it's clean. They clean the room and change your towels everyday.
The location is great especially for first timers. It's very convenient to go to places because it's near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Also convenient to go to the airport because the A21 bus stop is just across the street. Just a walking distance to the ferry terminal (for those deciding to visit Macau for a day), avenue of stars, and star ferry pier.
The staffs are very accommodating, especially the Filipino staff named Lina. She even helped us find a room when we arrived back from Macau since we were not able to book from Golden Crown because they were already fully-booked at that time. Such a sweet person.
