We had the fried lobster and sweet and sour squid. It was quite simply some of the best seafood we have had anywhere in the world. The poor lobster was brought to us alive for our inspection before he was cooked. Of course, it has to be washed down with gallons of Tsing Tsao beer. Raymond was a great host. He made us feel like we were in his home. We then went swimming and came back for more beer while we were waiting for the ferry. Raymond brought us frozen towels - it was soooo hot - and chated while we had more beer. Great food, service and view.
