“Still continues to be a great experience”
Reviewed 31 July 2014

Despite the fact that there seemed to be three times the amount of people there since we last visited, it continues to be a place of serenity. Also, several parts seem to be in the process of restoration. However, it is definitely well worth the visit. Sit in the shade on a hot day and relax. Mind you, if you visit the nearby nunnery you're not allowed to sit down in most places in the shade! Still a must see for me for visitors to Hong Kong.

“Gorgeous”
Reviewed 31 July 2014

This is SUCH a gem in a concrete jungle. The garden is beaultiful and the golden pavillion is gorgeous. It was such a nice break from the hussle and bussle of the city.

“Wonderful hidden garden within the city”
Reviewed 30 July 2014

As others have said, you can visit this garden and Chi Lin Nunnery together in one go. This is a beautiful garden hidden away within the bustling city, be sure to take some great photos of the garden with the juxtaposing skyscrapers behind. We came in the morning so it was very nice and quiet and I would recommend the same to others as well. Very easy to access via the subway line and the walk from the station is very short.

“Super”
Reviewed 28 July 2014

If you visit the must see nunnery you're already just about there....a beautiful and beautifully maintained garden that's truly an oasis in a place as packed with humanity as is HK. No reason not to go and spend some quiet time and reflect on how pleasant life can be.

“Serence and beautiful”
Reviewed 27 July 2014

A Little off the beaten track in Hong Kong, get down at the Diamond Hill MTR and you can walk from there. Loved the Serene and quite nature of the place.
