We arrived at 7am but no room available for us despite remarks made one month ago. Not easy to locate this hotel and is it challenging when you reached with luggage bag.

Front desk Staffs not too friendly but the housekeeper very nice.

The hotel was undergoing construction whilst we were there but we did not get disturbed by the noise. The rooms were nice, clean and modern. The only downside to this hotel was the large hill you need to climb to get to it. The hill is fine if your fit and healthy, just a bit of a struggle to pull heavy suitcases up. The location is only a short walk to the main tourist streets. Would have been nice to have the option of breakfast.

I had stay in this hotel on 13th of april for 1 night, It was a nightmare to find Hotel, They have not given complete address. And most important point not to take this hotel as it on the hill and very difficult to go there with Bags. Rooms were good as like other hk hotels, little small. Rest of all good compair to price of the hotel. They said they have upgraded our room. i was wondering if they not upgrade room then how small the room would be

Room Tip: can not tell much about toom

Excellent location in tst. Plenty of restaurants (western, Korean, japanese, chinese, and more) just metres away. Plenty of bars too, some with outdoors seating. Hotel location is fairly quiet, sitting in a cul de sac, overlooking the observatory grounds. We stayed in a deluxe room, boasting a fairly large bathroom by european hotel standards, and enough space in the room not to have to jump over luggage to get to the door.
They were still renovating the building, but apart from the occasional delay with the lift, we hardly felt it.
Recommended for a mid-range hotel in a very good location

Reviewed 26 December 2013

Well, there isn't much to complain about knowing the high cost of hotel accommodation in Hong Kong. As expected, my room was very small. When I stayed (late nov 2013) they were renovating the hotel from lower levels. Not sure if its because of the renovation that they had few staff for service.

The two staffs they had were unhelpful - they do not ve complimentary coffee in room (only tea). Cleanliness is just average - did not change my bed linen for my second day of stay.

Advantage would be the location. But if you are someone who stays at 4-5* hotels on travel - this is not the place.

Room Tip: I don't think they had a restaurant and pool!

Centrally located near the Central subway station.
It take a short time to come from the airport by train.
This hotel is clean and quiet but look like service apartment.
It may be a good choice for short business trip.

This hotel is excellent when you prefer to stay on HK Island. Only 200 meters from the hotel is a metro station and travelling thru HK is very comfortable by metro. Also the Star Ferry to Kowloon (2 dollar) is only a 10 minute stroll from the hotel.
Want to take the escalator to Soho? Five minute walk. To say it simple: if you are looking for a good hotel for a very reasonable price, where a simple breakfast is served free of charge(!), large rooms, good king size beds, very clean and a helpfull staff then don't look any further. Book this hotel and you will not be disappointed. The street where the hotel is located is very quiet and no noise from the traffic on the main roads reaches the rooms.

Room Tip: Try to get a room on the third or fourth floor.
