We stayed at this hotel from Feb 11th for 4 nights and found the stay a wonderful experience. We booked a suite for about the cost of a room in a decent hotel in Kowloon. From the moment of our arrival to our departure we were treated like royalty.
Of course, with trainees there are occasional mishaps & misunderstandings but the staff ensured that these were sorted promptly and with a smile. The supervising were also excellent& prepared to do that little bit extra t It is true that this was part of a holiday for us so we were relaxed , a high maintenance business traveller might find it a little frustrating.
Other people have commented on the location and it is not ideal but we had no problems with taxis (£5-6 from Central) and the bus was no trouble at all.
Food in the restaurant was also good and very reasonably priced (as was the wine) and we decided to eat in on our last night because we did not want to go anywhere else.
Overall? Unreserved recommendation if you are prepared to use taxis and and maybe buses. This is a hotel you will remember and with affection.More
