As you would expect this place is outstanding in every aspect!

The staff are as helpful as can be, the rooms are fabulous and the whole place just oozes class!

The pool on 118 is amazing with an al fresco hot tub

The breakfast room has one of the most amazing chandeliers and of course ALL rooms have THE most amazing view!

It sits on top of Elements Mall and the Express Airport Rail service - so if you are staying here GET THE TRAIN from the airport if speed of arrival is important......

Room Tip: To get a good room just book one! ALL are excellent!

This is the latest and tallest building of all. This time on the Kowloon side.
The new Ritz Carlton Hotel. Everything is glitzy shiny and gigantic.
The striking Cantonese Restaurant on the 102 Floor and its bar is a place to be seen.
It's called Tin Lung Heen which means Dragon in the Sky.
The food is also striking.
What an experience !

Have visited HK 7 times, the last 5 at the Ritz; each time on the Club Level with outstanding service and hospitality. ALL levels of personnel are top notch, professional, employees who have been trained to provide the best experience possible during ones stay. I love to swim, so the pool on the 116th floor was especially appealing with the best views of the harbor and Central, bar none. At every level, the staff remembers your name, and truly takes an interest in you. It feels more like family than an impersonal hotel in a bustling city. Already planning my next trip and can't wait to be welcomed from ground level on up!

Room Tip: All rooms have unobstructed views since the hotel starts on floor 103, but the rooms with the view o...

We stayed at the RC for 6 nights over xmas. We stayed in Club Level Rooms on the 113th floor, and used the club lounge for breakfast and at various points throughout our stay. The hotel is in a new tower which is above Kowloon mtr station and an upmarket shopping centre called Elements. The staff at the hotel are fantastic. We received superb attentive help from Andrew Chan who is in guest relations ,and from Elvis and Ken on the concierge desk who couldn't do enough to help and advise on days out, restaurants etc. Elvis helped us on a visa issue which cropped up when we were leaving --really efficient. All of the staff at the club lounge deserve a mention as well --all excellent.

Room Tip: Go for a club level room if you can....

No doubt, best hotel in HKG if you can affort it. People very proactive always open to help. Chinese and Italian restaurant very desapointed, very expensive for the quality of the food, though great dining views. Swimming pool, gym excelent. Rooms great. Stay in December with my family.

We stayed in the Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong for three nights in October having escaped from super typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.

We opted for their one bedroom suite with Victoria Harbour view. The view was breathtaking and the room extremely well appointed. All the features and gizmos you would expect. Plenty of storage space. Good bathroom amenities, excellent in room breakfast and wonderful restaurant and bar to enjoy in the hotel.

The only down points are as follows:

1. The terrible spa. Staff is badly trained and left my wife with such a neck pain she had to see a physiotherapist to fix their mess. The concept of couples treatment does not existing. Everything is separate to the Nth degree. God forbid if you saw your partner.

2. Due to the number of restaurants and bars in the hotel that are open to the public they have no clue who are guests, who are occasional visitors and who are unwanted visitors. As such the questioning and long faces commence as soon as you arrive in the lobby. Who are you, where are you going is all part of the interview process. The staff does not appear to remember you and you certainly do not feel like a valued guest.

Other then that everything else was amazing and would highly recommend the highest bar in HK.

The hotel has a gorgeous view and Is a great place to stay if you are going to HK. The staff are very nice and the service is outstanding. The rooms are nice and clean and are also very spacious. The shopping mall underneath the rooms is very nice. It has a lot of brand name stores. The club has a beautiful view and has six courses a day. The staff there are very friendly and professional. I would definetly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in HK.
