“"Magnificent view,great service"”

The ritz in hong kong is located on one of the tallest buliding in hong kong. It has a great view from its rooms. It is located within elements mall and therefore provides easy access to the airport through the airport express terminal which is in the mall itself.
When we stayed in the ritz, the staff was very attentive and always had a smile. When we complained about no hairdryer being in the washroom, they promptly provided one and as an apology gave us a box of chocolates as well! The entire lobby and surroundings are very impressive and the rooms come with an ipod and speaker and a tea maker as well as an expresso maker along with the usual amenities.
The ozone bar which is located on the 118 th floor has an amazing view and was pretty decently priced considering that hong kong is expensive and this is one of the more happening spots.
Also they have a policy of giving free champagne to women wearing heels on friday nite ,so ladies bring out your stilettoes!

Room Tip: Try getting a room which is higher up and which offers a view of the hong kong coast.

I have had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong a few times since it opened, most recently in 2013.

Every room is 'in the sky' above the 100th floor, and the views looking across to Central are just awesome; I love the sea so being able to see boats coming and going, yacht racing and helicopters flying below the height of the building is a 'bucket list' experience.

The Chinese restaurant is breathtakingly good, but for me my favourite part of staying here is the breakfast; get a seat next to the windows and enjoy stunning views.

The standard rooms are, by Hong Kong standards (where many hotels are a little older and still beautiful, but with smaller rooms) large. The Ritz-Carlton Suite is 300sqm of luxury, with an awesome tub that admittedly took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to operate.

I strongly recommend swimming in the indoor rooftop pool; the sala next to the window gives a great view of the city, and the gym is also very good.

Some people claim that you have to stay on the other side; for me shopping on property in the shopping centre on the ground floor, a wide range of food and the hotel are super convenient; it is very easy to get a taxi across to the other side anyhow.

The only thing is it is so tall, it gets the same clouds coming across as the highest houses along the ridge on the Island; however that makes the clear sky periods that much more special.

Room Tip: All rooms are great, but getting one with the view towards the central area is probably the best.

The Ritz Carlton hotel in Kowloon occupies the top floors of one of the world's tallest buildings. Whilst the views from the building are breath taking, it is the service from the staff - from the bell boy to the concierge - that sets this hotel apart. Fei and Andrew in particular made sure that our stay was special, and we can't wait to return to a hotel in a city that we adore that has great views - and a pool on the 118 floor with an open air jacuzzi - and is able to provide gluten free food. Tip top.

With all my trips and my hotel stays, i rarely write a review unless it's something extra-ordinary and this is one of those rare ones.

Arriving from our Ritz Carlton Portman Shanghai stay which was wonderful, my husband & I encountered a not-so-pleasant front desk personnel upon check-in in Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. But what made this hotel memorable was my experience with Sherpa. I had a 9am flight which i had already checked-in the night before so i passed by the kowloon station downstairs at 7:45am just to pick up my ticket. Lo & behold i couldn't find my passport. I realized that i must have left it in the hotel room so with my trolley on hand, i had to run back up to the hotel to get it. I passed him on my way to the lift and he saw my haste and asked me about it. I explained my situation while waiting for the lift door to open and he calmly assured me that i will be able to make it. Upon finding my passport and zooming down the lift again, he met me on the ground arrival lobby and immediately offered to help carry my trolley knowing that i had to literally run to the airport express. I made it to the train at 8:05am, got to the airport in time to even pass by the lounge to get a drink before proceeding to the gate. Without him, i may not have made the marathon! Thank you Sherpa for being sensitive to the needs of your guests and for that, i will definitely be loyal to Ritz Carlton.

This is one of the most astonishing places I have ever stayed. As the world's highest hotel, the views are eye popping. It is very pricey for the stay and amenities. The interior finishes are decadent and the service is typically Ritz-Carlton unobtrusive solicitousness. It's simply an experience like none other

Room Tip: Corner rooms, especially those over looking the city are extra special.

As you would expect this place is outstanding in every aspect!

The staff are as helpful as can be, the rooms are fabulous and the whole place just oozes class!

The pool on 118 is amazing with an al fresco hot tub

The breakfast room has one of the most amazing chandeliers and of course ALL rooms have THE most amazing view!

It sits on top of Elements Mall and the Express Airport Rail service - so if you are staying here GET THE TRAIN from the airport if speed of arrival is important......

Room Tip: To get a good room just book one! ALL are excellent!

This is the latest and tallest building of all. This time on the Kowloon side.
The new Ritz Carlton Hotel. Everything is glitzy shiny and gigantic.
The striking Cantonese Restaurant on the 102 Floor and its bar is a place to be seen.
It's called Tin Lung Heen which means Dragon in the Sky.
The food is also striking.
What an experience !
