“One of the best hotels in the world”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 March 2014

We stayed for four days at the Ritz in Hong Kong. My wife and i were there on a combination business and pleasure trip. There are not enough superlatives to describe the level of attention, care, comfort they provide. It is easily one of the top hotels in the world. The views are absolutely amazing. The breakfast rooms affords floor to ceiling windows to look out at the harbor. The Ozone bar is the highest bar in the world on the 118 th floor. The swimming pool is also the highest pool in the world on floor 116. The staff welcome you, greet you and know your name from the second you arrive. They simply can not do enough for you. The decor is stunning. the hotel starts on the 103 floor of the highest building in hong Kong. You have the best views in the city from your room. Everything is done at a six star level. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Hong Kong. The bar, restaurant, pool, staff, room design- everything is at a six star level and makes this one of the truly best hotel experiences in the world.

Room Tip: Every room is awesome but a harbor view makes it exceptional. They start on floor 109 so you can...

Everything about this hotel is just right - from the breakfast buffet to the swimming pool and most importantly your room. My biggest quibble would be with the Wifi service in the Fitness Centre and Restaurant.

My one request would be to print the Hotel Cards in larger font so that the senior Hong Kong taxi drivers can read them easily.

Room Tip: All rooms have a fantastic view - provided it is not low cloud. For me, view of Hong Kong Island is...

Its was a business meet at Ritz Carlton, Its in the same complex as that of the Kowloon Rail Station. The place is quite, calm and great place to spend a stay.

We happen to hit the OZONE Bar located at the 118th Floor and happens to be the worlds highest bar. It has a nice view of HK Harbor Line.

Great place for every one on the house...

Room Tip: All are great...

I had a pleasure of staying in RCHK to celebrate Valentine's wth my husband and our 6 year old daughter for 5 nights.

Upon arrival in the lobby we were greeted by the staff members and adress by name. The staff and service was unparalleled, the RC team really has gone the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable.

RCHK the world's highest hotel, every room is in the sky above the 103 th floor, we stayed in one bedroom suite on the 108 th floor. The views looking across to central are great. We love to look outside the window to see boats coming and going, yachts racing and helicopters flying below the height of the building is really amazing.

The 2 Michelin star
cantonese restaurant(Tin Lung Heen) is a must try and if you love Italian food 1 Michelin star Italian restaurant Tosca is highly recommened. My husband loves their buffet breakfast with loads of good food, fresh squeezed juice ,and almond milk. Get a seat next to the window and enjoy the stunning view.

There is a gym on the 118th floor with the best equipment imaginable and the pool is a work of art you have to see it with your own eyes.

Tip. Book club floor access room, the club louge is on 116th floor thst serves every meal and 24 hour operation, you can literary spend your whole day and evening in the lounge and feel as if you are in heaven is well worth for extra money.

Ps special thank to Parry.

Stayed for 3 nights early Feb in a club level room. We went straight up to the club level lounge to check in - no waiting downstairs. The Club Lounge has some amazing wine and there is always food available. You will never go hungry.
Our room had a great view of Hong Kong Island.Service was impeccable. Andrew Chan (our guest relations officer) was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was my wife's bday and Andrew made a swan out of the towels on the bed and kindly arranged a chocolate birthday cake!
Gym and pool staff were very friendly....actually, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They really do make you feel welcome. Fantastic experience. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Some tips:

If taking the Airport Express from the airport to the hotel, it is not easy to navigate through the shopping mall to the hotel from Kowloon station - especially if you have large bags as you will need to first find the lifts! Maybe find the exit and ask a taxi driver to take you around to the hotel?

If you want to change some money do it at the shops by the Ladies market. Rates are much better than at the hotel or FX shops in the shopping mall below the hotel

When leaving Hong Kong, check your bags in at the Airport Express stop at Kowloon Station. You don't need to take your bags on the train with you! They need this system in London!

Room Tip: 1. Go for a club level room! Access to the club lounge is well worth the extra money. If you do ch...
