The highest hotel in world is on top with everything: with the view, with service, with decor and style, etc. Club lounge (on 116th floor) access is worth trying: personal conceirge and reception, great variaty of food, wine and other drinks 24/7 (incl. breakfasts, lunchs, afternoon tea, pre- and after-dinners). My kids just felt in love with the pool (which is on the highest floor 118) as well as with the desserts at the Club lounge. Next time we are in HK - no doubts on where to stay. Many thanks to all at Ritz HK, especially to Wookie Chai and Stephen.

Room Tip: Victoria Harbour view (corner) rooms are amazing.

Booked opinion with a friend for spa. Great deal, included lunch and drinks too. Used pool and spa area, lovely. Massage and body scrub excellent, lovely Nepalese lady,
The lunch is light, all you can eat but not huge selection. Wines free flow and good too . Really enjoyed and will be back!

The hotel is located at the tallest building in Hong Kong(ICC) and maybe the highest hotel in the world? You "MAY" enjoy the unbeatable harbour view of Hing Kong which facing the Island side.
As all of the room are actually over 100 floors, so almost nothing could block the view except the FOG.Unfortunately, I can only see white color outside my windows throughout my stay. But luckily, I can finally see the view on my check-out date before I head to the airport at the Ozone bar which located on the top floor (118th) of the building.
I cannot fault the hotel about the foggier weather, but the view is the main reason why I chose to stay here. The service is good and definitely meeting the standard, you will find every staff are smiling and greeting when you pass by, and they are all very helpful, but just not that extraordinary at all.I don't know how can they improve themselves but they just can't exceed my expectation. Also, I think the wall of the room is too thin that I can clearly hear someone talking next door. However, I think it's still a very good and excellent hotel, just don't over estimated/expect too much from them.As you know, the name of "The Ritz-Carlton" is somehow likes a "Fantasy" which made you have a higher expectation for them.
Besides, the Location is quite nice as well, There is a shopping mall - Elements downstairs and it's not that crowded like the other places in HK, but please be reminded that there are only some high-end brands there, except Zara & H&M, all are expensive stuff. And the Kowloon station is just underneath the building, and just 1 station to get to the Hong Kong Station(IFC Mall) and few stations to the Disneyland(within 35 mins). You can also take the mini-bus to the harbour city(the biggest shopping mall in hk) or the avenue of stars at the bus terminal which is also adjacent to the mall. But it may takes you longer or you can only take the taxi if you would like to go to the ladies market/temple street.etc
Lastly, I would say the Ozone bar is great and definitely one of my favourite places in HK. The design is trendy and luxury, and I love to sit at the outdoor area.Just a small tips, If you want to have a more enjoyable moment, better wear your jacket if you want to sit at the outdoor area as it's freezing & windy out there.

Thank you all at the Ritz Carlton especially Jackie Hoo Director of Rooms Operations and the club lounge team Sheen, Felix Wookie Margarita and especially Elisa.
As a family we all enjoyed the excellent food provided by Chefs who went out of their way to offer culinary delights.

The unseen team of housekeeping lead by Ming also provided excellent service going the extra mile.
So from my Family and many thanks to the Ritz Carlton for a memorable stay

We stayed March 31 - April 3. This was a trip planned to surprise my parents arriving on the QM2 during part of their world cruise. Leading up to our visit, reservations and concierge were extremely helpful and responded to everything quickly. Elvis, Jake, Dana and Sally all helped plan the perfect trip. We were picked up at the airport after our 24 hours if travel from the US by the hotel Mercedes and arrived at the hotel within 40 minutes. We were met outside by Victor who took us to our room for checkin. There were no rooms with 2 doubles on club level floor 116 so we went on floor 108 with club access. You must get club access! Best club level presentations for Ritz that we have found. Breakfast is over the top and includes made to order omelets and eggs. The staff is incredible. Stephanie, Victor, Marguerite and everyone took great care of us. Duty managers Dorothy and Judy were also extremely helpful. When my parents arrived they were also blown away. They had a king room next to us with Club access. Dinner reservations were handled, transportation arranged, etc. We had fabulous meals and snacks on club level. You must go to 2 Michelin star Tim Lung Heen on property. The service and food are the finest. Let the sommelier choose wines to compliment your meal. Lastly, the views! Wow, magnificent. Views from our room of the harbour, views from club level of the port and the mountains, views from the pool and outdoor terrace hot tub and the highest bar in the world on the 118th floor. There is so much more to say about this Ritz, there just isn't enough time. We will definitely be back!

At the Ritz-Carlton I think of luxury, couples, and business people. The last thing on my mind is "screaming babies". I am shocked by the number of young children here, especially on the club level! I am disappointed that the Ritz allows children under 12 at the club level at all. It weakens the brand. This morning we could hear a baby screaming in a room down the hall, for hours. A parent then parked a baby in his stroller right outside our room and allowed him to cry and fuss. Last night and this morning there is a woman sitting for hours in the business club with her shrieking toddler as though it were a playground or a park.

It's a lovely hotel with great views and a kind staff, but the daycare feel makes me hesitant to stay here again.

I just want to say "thank you very much"!

Every staff was excellent. Before staying, I called Ms Yeung (hotline) and she helped me arrange a room facing good views. Kitty (housekeeping) helped me provide bath amenities. Elema helped me check in smoothly and efficiently.

ABOVE ALL, Eric (frontdesk) helped me arrange a sound dock in my room.

Breakfast was excellent too! (the best views and food's quality)

Room Tip: Select a room with the views facing Tsim Sha Tsui and HK Island
