It was short stay at The ritz HK and was completely spoiled by serviced and hospitality. Amazing view from all rooms and suits , Ultra luxury ammenities through out , In room dinning was breeze. One of the best city hotel i ever stayed . the club lounge is marvelous over looking HK skylines . Tosca is legendry fine dinning italian restaurant- Kudos to the chef Vittorio Lucariello .
Fine things in life come with cost and not mentioned room rates are one of the highest in city, if you could afford it not to miss for sure.

The staff at the Ritz Carlton could not have made us feel more welcome and relaxed. Everyone was lovely - from the General Manager, to Parry in the Ritz Carlton club to the helpful fellows in the gym. The view is spectacular (when the clouds are kind) and the location is convenient. A delightful stay.

I recently dined at Tosca for the second time and my expectations were surpassed both times! The staff go above and beyond to ensure you feel special and well-looked after. The food is absolutely delicious and it is worth noting that the portions are larger than expected for a fine dining Italian restaurant. I am still dreaming about how good the food was and look forward to our next visit. Kit was our server and made my birthday dinner memorable and certainly worth sharing our opinion with Trip Advisor visitors. Treat yourself to a meal at Tosca and you will not be disappointed! The service at the Ritz Carlton is truly ABOVE & BEYOND.

Sure, the view from the 110th floor or so is stunning. But you don't need to pay for a stay at one of the most expensive hotels in Hong Kong to have the view. That's certainly what many tourists think. Everybody seems to be allowed to get up to the hotel lobby on the 103rd floor. So, be prepared to queue for a coffee at the "Lounge" on the 102nd floor behind a couple of very casually dressed tourists - If you can get a table at all, because the lounge was quite often fully booked all day long while I was there.
Also, the hotel is far away from other attractions and visitors will need to take a taxi to see the rest of Hong Kong.

Room Tip: Obviously, ask for a harbour view room

We decided to go for the afternoon chocolate tea at the Ritz Carlton to enjoy food, atmosphere and of course the stunning view. Pity that the weather was wet and cloudy but when the cloud lifting the view was truly awesome. Had the signature hot chocolate drink which was yummy and the sandwiches and cakes were presented beautifully in a laquered box cake stand. Cake themeselves were not as stunning as I expected and certainly not chocolatey enough. However the ambience and venue made up for the somewhat disappointing food. Great place for afternnon tea.
