I have stayed here many times because I love this hotel. The rooms are luxurioius and the view of the harbor is beautiful. Breakfast and High Tea are served in the lovely restaurant overlooking the entire city. The hotel is convieniently located near the Kowloon station in the Element Mall. You can have easy access to the airport and the entire city via MTR without having to go outside in the heat or rain.

It's not my first time being up high at The Ritz-Carlton hotel (HK), yet still find it fasinating.
Specially came for the afternoon tea crossed over with Sean-Paul Hevin, and it did not let me be disappointed!

Pretty presentation in a long wooden box (though some dessert was indeed higher than the container, causing the box could not be closed.....ooo.....;), tasty sandwiches and desserts, so choooooocoooolate!
I like the orange madeleine coated with chocolate most. simple and lovely.
and the double chocolate macaroon, the choco taste finished long in mouth.

most special was that we could see the transformer statue at Tsim Sha Tsui!!
It was so giant down there when passed by in earlier time, yet it looked so cute and tiny looking from Cafe.
Toooooo lucky that we could see the Transformer 4 Premiere ceremony from here~woohoo~
though we could not see the celebrities nor famous stars from Cafe103 as actually it was too high up here, flashlights all blinked from the red carpet up to here 103 floor!

A sudden heavy shower did surprised us, too good that we are having high tea and relaxed in a good mood.
The rain go fast, and we continued tried to look at the premiere ceremony far from distance, with yummy cakes and desserts.

The Ritz-Carlton has it, the so called unique selling proposition, being located at floors 103 and higher at the ICC. Thus the place seems to be crowded at every time of the day. For my taste the hotel was too busy: takes a long time to get a taxi, to get into the elevator et cetera. Staff tries their best, but at the end it's a very anonymous place. Don't get me wrong, it's a good hotel and for sure nice to stay there once, maybe more, if your business is happening in Kowloon. But then for the price tag, nothing really remarkable except for the view. Personally I will stay elsewhere next time, as I prefer some quietness in such a busy city, and the choice of 5 stars is huge.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to write a review. My apologies for the situation that occurred where you had to wait for the lift and taxi during a busy day. The valuable time of our guests is considered our top priority. We assure you that we will continue to invest in and improve the quality of our performance to the level you would expect from a luxury hotel. We regret that your last stay at the hotel did not make a good impression on you, but I hope you will afford us another opportunity in the future with a return visit. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the issues with you to ensure improved services and to prevent something like this from happening again. I may be reached by email at pierre.perusset@ritzcarlton.com. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

We stayed four nights at this property and left raving fans of the hotel. We upgraded to the Club level and a HK view (although the Kowloon Harbour views are quite nice too). The upgrade to the Club was invaluable as it took an already perfect property to another level. The concierges in the Club handled dinner recommendations and reservations for us, transportation, helped with some unrelated transpiration issues we were having with a third party, and greeted us by name throughout our stay. We particularly thank Igor, Felix, and Victor in the Club for their great service. Highly recommend this over other hotels in Kowloon or HK.

Room Tip: All views are good with the hotel starting on the 103rd floor, but worth upgrading to a HK city view...

Amazing:
* best styled Hotel, I've ever seen
* warmhearted, unbelievable nice people - especially at the Club (many, many thanks to Wookie, Felix and Elisa - and their colleges!!!!)
* fine food and cool drinks ...
I wish, we could be there right now: missing the great atmosphere, the astonishing view and the amazing service! (I shouldn't forget to mention the highest Pool in the world and also the highest Bar in the world: top ;-)

Nicest hotel I've ever been. Very expensive, but do get what you pay for here. Hotel rooms from floors 103-118. Views are incredible. Service equally as good. Rooms beautiful. Few different dining options. Hope I get opportunity to go back for longer stay some day.

Room Tip: Don't think there's a bad room in this hotel.
