I spent 7 nights with my wife and lovely daughter at the hotel and we loved the experience so much as the staff were so nice and helpful with us especially Sharon. If I would come back to hk surly I will book at this hotel.

None finer. Excellent service and flowers in the spacious rooms. Dining was a pleasure and the surroundings of the property are beautiful. China really has some beautiful hotels. A little pricey but an unforgettable stay.

I visit HK about once a year for business -- the RC HK is located on the top ~18 floors of the ICC building in Kowloon, making it both an easy commute from the airport (the train stops right beneath the hotel) as well as to work. The elements mall is right beneath the hotel building as well, meaning that you can stay indoors from the point you arrive at the airport until you arrive at the hotel and even afterwards as you go for coffee/lunch/etc. Given how humid it is in HK as well as how often it rains, this is no small benefit!

As with nearly every RC, the hotel is extremely well appointed with "luxurious, opulent" furnishings in every room. The hallways are actually nicely decorated as well, which is somewhat rare for hotels (let alone business hotels). As the hotel is so high up, there isn't really a such thing as a "bad" view, though the down side of being so high up is that your view on many days will likely be of the clouds/smog.

The gym is located on the very top floor of the hotel and provides a large, state of the art facility that is open 24 hours (extremely useful for those of us getting over jetlag).

The staff are tremendously kind, and happy to help no matter what time of day or night.

The hotel restaurant is also excellent (be sure to try the pork belly!).

If business should happen to take you to the Kowloon side rather than to HK Island, i absolutely recommend staying at the RC -- there is no better hotel to be found.

The Ritz Carlton in Honk Kong is more than an hotel, it is an attraction by itself.
I went there with my fiancee just before our wedding to relax in a nice resort and we were not disappointed!
- The view was amazing
- The rooms are of high standard
- The swimming pool and jacuzzi at the 118th floor are breath taking
- The restaurant, bar and cafe are excellent
- The staff is always careful of your needs and very helpful for organizing your trips in Hong Kong.

I will definitely come back next time I come to Hong Kong.
