The hotel exceeded our expectations! Club level is completely worth it! If you stay on the club level, you can check in separately on the 28th floor. They have great amenities including $100HK per person per day in laundry/dry cleaning and a free mini bar. The lounge was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. For breakfast, you could either choose the 28th floor club - quiet with a view, a smaller buffet selection but the ability to order a la carte as well. Or, you could go to the bigger restaurant on the 2nd floor for a full buffet. In the afternoons, they out out afternoon tea with scones, tea sandwiches and sweets. And every evening there is a full cocktail hour with everything from champagne to shaken cocktails and some snacks. The service in the lounge is very warm and hospitable. Waitstaff was constantly circulating to bring more drinks.

Our room was also fabulous with an excellent soaking tub with a tv and a beautiful rain shower. The rooms are ultra modern and well appointed. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Upgrade to club. Great perks.

Ok. So i travel most than a lot of people i know and use tripadvisor.com a lot for every trip i make and yet have been incredibly egoistic not to write anything for my fellow travelers. I think i lacked the inspiration i was looking for until i stayed in this Hotel. It is magnificent! , the staff is great, the spa incredible, the view left me speechless, the pool best view in town but it is the design and value what will make you happy every time you go into the hotel, you get wifi included and breakfast too, furthermore you get 100 HKD complimentary in laundry a day and free shuttle rides to Harbour City. This Hotel is perfect in every sense.

Stayed two nights in March and had a great time. Service at counters was faultless and the room was spacious by Hong Kong standards. New fittings and a very nice shower. Only complaint is that the shower stall is a bit small and oddly shaped.

The hotel location is good. I've always preferred staying on Kowloon side as long as I get a good view of the island. The view at the W is better, being higher up, but you get a better priced deal here. The hotel is also very near the train station for trains to mainland China, which was great for me because I had a day trip to Guangzhou and the MTR operated service is the best way to get around

As a Muslim, I particularly appreciated the selection of halal items at their breakfast buffet. This is one of the few hotels in Hong Kong I've had that available. All in, a very good stay and one that I would recommend and return to.

As before you leave your country Icon is checking is everything is ok with your trip, I could see I've made a mistake in my reservation and they didi great to fix it immediately to help me. At the arrival, we had a warm and personalized greeting. Overall, the hotel is one of the best I've ever experienced. The design is modern, minimalist, made of high quality materials and items, either in the common places than in your room. The room is really quiet with no noise neither form outside, other rooms or hall. And when you arrived to your room, you are just blowed by the stunned view over the harbour. Evrything is done for your comfort, free Nespresso coffee, free minibar, 100HKD/day/pax of free laundry, ipod dock... Ask for the harbour view, and you could enjoy it when you wake up and at 8pm, enjoy the laser battle shot between the high skyscrappers of HK... The location is fine, you can go easily wherever you need : 5 mn walk to MTR metro that brings you everywhere very quiclky (super safe, super clean), incredible number of (cheap) taxi in the street, the pier is about 15/20 mn by cab or free Icon shuttle, and just 10/15 mn to walk to the old central Kwoloon or the same by cab to HK Island. Don't miss the great gym room located in a glass-cube over the top of the pool, very quiet heated outside pool where you can swim and have a drink or coffee with a great view on HKI and Kwoloon. Don't go without tasting the Above&Beyong 28th level restaurant (make a reservation and ask for a harbour view), great recommandations from the waiter for food and wine (good wines menu). Feel free to ask any tips to the Concierge (best way to go anyway, reservations...), and hope you will enjoy as much as we did.

Room Tip: I recommand the Club Room option that allows you going in all VIP areas for free and I guess, give y...

This hotel is a real treat, but be prepared to pay a premium. Our room had a harbour view, which was spectacular at night as you could see the lit up buildings of Hong Kong Island. The staff were exceptionally professional and very friendly. The hotel offers a choice of three restaurants - we had dinner at The Market, great food! All in all, a truly delightful experience!

We stayed here 3 nights as the part of a Round the World trip.
We had a club 38 room with an amazing view of the harbor. The layout was interesting -the bed was in the middle of the room with the shower and toilet behind it. It seemed kind of odd at first, but after staying there, it made a lot of sense.

The food in the hotel is quite good. We ate in several of the venues, and all were great.

The staff is very accommodating, but a few seemed kind of snobby. However, one of the male housekeepers noticed that I left a phone charger in the room and literally ran to make sure I got it. Truly above and beyond.

The technology in the TV was totally 22nd century.

A great hotel - some of the team members just need to "smile" more.

Thanks for a memorable experience. If I could move in full time, I would!

Was just ducking through hong kong on the way to china, and wanted to chill a bit before heading to mainland.. and boy, was i impressed....

The hotel is well located, not far from ladies markets by taxi, perfect position for Hung Hom train station and everything.. although really, you dont even need to leave the hotel...

I stayed on the club floor and the room was superb... although i did not opt for the harbor view, the view over the main roads of hong kong were just as impressive... as was the Bed, the pillows, the bathroom, the shower head (so luxurious), bath, toilet, toiletries, and the MINI BAR.. did i say that the mini bar was complimentary? OMG,,, a coffee machine sits on your desk, push a button and espresso ready to go - for FREEEEEEEE.... soft drinks, beer, red bull, perrier, m&ms, nut bars all for free... or should i say, complimentary... nice touch..

Further to this, if on business you even had a printer that you could email files to and print for free as well.... was great...

club floor.. brekky.. all awesome.. i have never stayed in a hotel that privided approximately 4 hours of happy hour and free drinks.. cocktails, nibbles and all.. all in the comfort of a lounge overlooking the harbor in trendy replica furniture pieces... nice touch... and staff all very accommodating..

overall, loved it.. asked for some help to catch train to china and how to get to my next hotel from the train to china.. the staff rang my hotel in mainland to establish the best alternatives and kindly left me a message on phone and on screen message service on best way to proceed.

Very much in love... will be back for sure.. enjoyed every aspect of it, only regret.. told the wife all about it, now we have to head back there in a few weeks on the way back from mainland..
