This is one of my favorite restaurants in Hong Kong. The staff is very knowledgeable about both the food and the drinks. It's some of the best service in town outside of the realm of high end restaurants. The food is a modern take on Japanese yakitori, and it is delicious. They've really created some interesting dishes. The corn tempura is a must try. They have a great selection of Japanese whiskies and cocktails. They don't take reservations, so it's best to get to the restaurant early-ish as there tends to be a long line. Highly recommended.
