Working in the TST area, the biggest challenge is to find a restaurant that is both understated but impresses.

The appetizer trolley is perfect for those who want a break from the ubiquitous antipasti buffet spread, as you get a generous selection of everything.
Entrees are well sized, visually pleasing and will never disappoint diners. The dessert trolley is scrumptious, and you will never lack for choice.
This excellent dining experience is due to the tireless efforts of long time restaurant manager Mr Paul Lau, who I am told is one of Hyatt Group's longest serving executives.
The experience shows, and the staff's politeness and courtesy is a reflection of Paul's attention to the perfect customer dining experience.
So kudos to Paul and his team. Hugo's will continue to be my restaurant of choice going forward!
