We had two rooms as we were a family of 5. the rooms were clean and spacious. onlt one room was ready at 3 pm when we arrived. There is a free shuttle every 12 minutes from/to Kowloon station in a run down bus.

A bif plus was that the view to the harbour was beautiful and the service was friendly.

I was disspointed that they charge $130 HK (over $15 US) per DEVICE for a connection to the internet. We were a family of 5 meaning 5 IPads and 2 notebooks. That is $910HK / night for the family. So we all shared one notebook computer for 3 days. This is really retarded. I guarantee i will not stay at this hotel again.

The first night we were exhausted so we opted for the buffet dinner in the hotel. Nice but priced at over $50 US per person. We decided on the buffet when we saw a nice prime rib smiling at us. guess what. By the time we were seated they were out of prime rib and it took them 30 minutes to replenish. Normally, i would not complain about such a thing but with almost a $300 check for dinner with 3 kids, i allow myself to get upset.

We stayed at the hotel in August as part of a family holiday with two young children. It proved to be a great choice. I agree with the positive comments some other reviewers have made about the location. Being a little away the main tourist zones, but very close to them was a real bonus. It meant that we could get to everything we wanted to see easily and that we could explore a lovely neighbourhood, that would otherwise have passed us by. A couple of evenings we walked around the immediate area surrounding the hotel and found it to be safe and have plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The hotel has an excellent range of facilities. The public areas are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool is as amazing as it looks from the pictures, but the sun loungers could do with parosols though, as there is not much shelter from the sun. The rooms and bathroom are a good size and have all you expect from a high end hotel. The service is quick, friendly efficient and professional. I had cause to contact the hotel a few times to amend our booking and they responded promptly every time. Glad we chose the hotel and would not hesitate to return.

club floor was the right choice, free internet, breakfast, afternoon tea and snacks in the evening. great view and pool on the roof, the staff was fantastic. free shuttle bus to nathan road which is also close to the star ferry to hong kong island, the shuttle runs evey 30 minutes and was never full.

Room Tip: club floor for great views

Location is great being away from the main hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, on the Kowloon side of the harbour with access via free hotel shuttle service to the ferries, rail stations and shopping districts. Quiet for sleeping and very clean rooms a highlight. Service by all staff excellent starting with concierge with their meet and greet to front office.

Situated in a relatively green district its a very pleasant hotel and has helpful staff (women score over men staff) . The reception staff proactively gave us a full run down on what we should do in the 2 days we had right from what to buy where, to what to see at what hour of the day. For vegetarians the spread is very limited. The bayside promenade outside is the best part and long evening walks are a must. Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood it feels good to come back to from the hustle bustle of Hong Kong. All rooms are good but for a bay view room is 30% more expensive and not worth the view as most of the time one is not in the room in a city with so much action

Room Tip: some rooms have a view only to the buildings next to the hotel. These rooms can get very dark even in the day
