The hotel is in a great location, with its own MTR entrance. The rooms are small and lack cupboard space. It would be good if they had a small chest of drawer for clothes or more shelves in the wardrobe. We were there for 10 days and had to dig through our suitcase. The lack of free wifi is quite poor especially when its pretty much standard in hotels. We had tobyo either maccas or the isquare complex. I highly recommend this hotel. It's extremely clean, close to all shopping and the staff were extremely friendly as well as helpful. The only downfall is Internet. There is no free internet in this hotel which is why it loses a star. As a mother who left family at home, I felt it extremely important that I had some communication. But, if you buy a coffee in the cafe in the lobby, they will give a password to use the computer there

We are 4 adults 1 child and stayed in 2 connecting rooms. Spacious and clean. Bed linen and towels smells nice. Link to MTR from hotel helped us stay dry during rainy days. Paid HKD 1400/ night. Think it's value for money for a 4* hotel.

Hotel is very big and competes with the 5* star hotels nearby e.g. Sheraton, Holiday Inn, etc.
I have been staying here for 5-10 days every fortnight (alone as-well-as with family & kids) and really enjoying my stay, for all my following criteria this hotel is fulfilling as-per/above expectations.
Club Room is ‘more than’ value for money – Free Breakfast and Internet (then this room is cheaper than Standard Room), Free Ironing 2 clothes, Free Beer/Beverages whole day, Free Afternoon Tea, Free evening Cocktails, Dedicated Customer Care (sight-seeing queries, Express Check-In/Out) - everyone at Lounge Floor Desk has been courteous & helpful e.g. Helen, Denise, Carole, Eva, Ava, Shuki, Ruby. They offered to heat our baby food as & when required and obliged to our customised/special requests also as much as possible.
But all rooms (whether Standard/Club) are of same size i.e. around 20 sq. mtrs. Seat-covers of Sofas (in Suite) and Chairs (in Breakfast area) need refurbishing/repair. Hotel to keep more English-speaking staff in Housekeeping and Room-service areas - it has been difficult conveying our requirements to them in English. Club Lounge & Breakfast-area to have 'Indian' Vegetarian food also everyday.
More than value for money. Can go to the platform of TST Metro Train Station (MTR) from inside the hotel itself. Ferry is 5 minutes away (to go to either other side of Victoria Harbour or do River Cruise). Hotel is in the heart of ‘Tsim Sha Tsui’ area – which is “Kowloon” Territory's main tourist drag and has a mix of backpacker and high-end hotels. Huge variety of multi-cuisine restaurants (including Indian Pure Vegetarian). Good shopping centers & local market around

I fairly often travel through Hong Kong and have stayed in more than a dozen hotels in the city over the years. On my most recent trip (and the previous few) I stayed in one of the Kowloon Hotel's Club level rooms. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the office goes out of its way to provide great service, especially Ruby.
The hotel could not be better located. A free shuttle bus from the Airport Express drops off and picks up right in front. You can access the MTR (subway) without even going outside (easy access to the whole city), the Star Ferry to the island is about a 5 minute walk, and the China Ferry Building is about a 15 minute walk away.
The room had everything I needed, is fairly new, and kept very clean.
The breakfast buffet is pretty good, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
I recommend this hotel to business travelers, tourists, or really anyone coming to the city. I will definitely be staying here again on my future visits.

Early July my wife and I had a stopover in Hong Kong on our way home from Europe, booking a Club Superior Room, which was upgraded to a Club Harbour View Room. The Club room allowed check in and check out from the Club Lounge avoiding a very busy main reception area, a big bonus, and free WiFi. The Harbour View was limited, but still enjoyable. The hotel was centrally located to Nathan Road and Star Ferries to Hong Kong, as well as the iSquare for shopping and eating. Staff throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful, with the friendly Club staff providing a relaxing free coffee or beer throughout the day, especially when arriving back from a walk in the Hong Kong heat and humidity. We utilised the Shuttle Bus direct to and from the airport, and found this to be the most effective transport. Breakfast was included in Club Room deal, but was typical busy hotel buffet, with Restaurant facilities being average Hotel level. Booking of Club Room is a must.
