Stayed here for two nights in mid November. The service was first rate and it could not be faulted in any way. All staff could not have been more helpful and courteous. The views out over the harbour are wonderful. The only drawback if any is the price, but I should not complain because you get what you pay for

Stayed in a harbour view executive suite for 3 nights. Incredible room with such a panoramic, up close view of Hong Kong Island. Service is wonderful, particularly room service. The building is starting to show its age on the exterior and in need of remediation, but the suite itself was super clean and well maintained. Have stayed here a few times now and have recommended often. I will likely always stay here when in Hong Kong.

First time on the Kowloon side and it was magnificent. Hotel location is excellent for its views of the harbor, particularly at night. Easy walk to the pier, the ferry, shopping and dining. Lobby is nice albeit a bit noisy but the noise does not carry upstairs. Breakfast buffet isfirst rate in terms of choices and quality. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Best of all, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Stayed five nights and enjoyed them all. Cannot go wrong with this property.

Room Tip: harbor side is best. I was not on that side, but still enjoyed.

Stayed here for first two night four night stay at Hong Kong.

Getting to the hotel was easy. I took Airport Express to Kowloon Station and took a taxi to the hotel. Taxi fare was HK$40. Tell your taxi driver that you want to go to InterContinental by the Avenue of Stars. There are two IC in TST area.

Room was big and clean, and staff were friendly and professional.

Location wise, it was sort walk to the Avenue of Stars and to Star Ferry Terminal. Access to TST MRT station takes longer walk.

We had a room over looking the bay and it was fantastic. The view was memorising and the room had all the mod cons. The staff were excellent, professional, polite and couldn't do enough to help you. We ate in Nobu and it was superb. Local is good, near the MTR. Only down side would be the lounge area in the reception, if you fancied a drink before going to your room there were long cues due to it being so popular with tourists as the view is outstanding.

Booked the IC HKG for three days (two nights) via American Express FHR, which had the benefits of early check-in, late check-out, breakfast, dining credit and room upgrade. All the benefits were explained at check-in by Sara very well and fully honoured.

Got a great harbour view room. Overall, an excellent hotel, apart from a couple of minor points: ordered in-room dining which didn't have too many vegetarian options (but they did get from their Chinese restaurant menu kindly) - both items were very greasy unusually. Their leisure facilities need to include some relaxation like steam / sauna as well, for a hotel of this caliber. And finally, the televisions need an upgrade - almost every hotel I stay in nowadays have TVs with an HDMI port which is great to connect other devices to...

Room Tip: Harbour view of course!

A repeat visit for our family. We love the service orientated staff at this hotel. The views of the lobby lounge are to die for, and the roof-top pool area is fantastic. We also love having dim sum lunch at Yan Toh Heen, and as before, all of these were superb.

This would have been another 5 star review except for one thing at the very end of the stay that left a bad taste in the mouth. We had an early flight the morning of our last day, and the night before, I specifically asked a taxi to be available at 06:00, which was confirmed by the person I spoke with. The next morning, at checkout, no taxi booked, four ahead of us waiting for a taxi, and one appearing only every 5 minutes or so. The staff did not appear apologetic at all, which was almost as bad as the nerve-wracking wait, and rather out of keeping with the rest of our experience in the hotel. We finally got into a cab at 06:25, and made it to our flight, since we had padded our schedule, but if I had been a solo traveller on business, and leaving things a bit fine, it might have gone horribly wrong.
