Excellent location, CBD, Central, with lots of good eateries just a short elevator ride away. Good room facilities especially if you need a desk and shelves next to it. Attentive service. The pool and gym are well looked after. Lying in the pool and looking up on the high rises around you would be quite an experience !

The photos on the hotel website are a bit misleading. The room I stayed in was tiny, and the decor was definitely not 4-star. I would rate it 3-star at best. The double bed just about fit in, with just enough room for one side table. There is also a very small desk for work and/or making coffee. Unless you book the harbour view room, you'll be staring at a big apartment block, and the people in it will be staring back at you! Level of privacy is zero, so unfortunately the curtains stayed closed most of the time. The shuttle bus service, to and from Central and Admiralty is good, as is the hotel's location, being very close to the SoHo restaurants and bars. However, the escalators stop after a certain hour, so be prepared to take a taxi back or trek up the seemingly endless stairs later at night.

I stayed for a month at Bishop Lei and it worked cheaper than a service apartment but a lot better. This Hotel is very easy to reach using the Mid Levels escalator and very convenient to get around central or the Peak.
It has good WiFi coverage, small (expected in HK) yet decent rooms, simple bath and very decent facilities.
The room allotted to me was a harbor view on 22nd floor and was amazing to click.
I used their shuttle service to get to central or the Airport express but even otherwise the escalator is equally easy.
I chose to eat out as SOHO is a jump away and you have plenty of stores and cheap laundry options close to the hotel.

Room Tip: I stayed in 22 05 and I guess this is the best view for the price.

The hotel is rather old fashioned, but charming. My room on the 17th floor allowed to have a splendid view on HK Island - really an experience. It is well located with acces to the turbulent life in the city further down (escalator)
The breakfast, which is not included, was ok. The service at the recption desk very supportive. A good place to stay - if one likes to be on HK island. Price wise very ok.

Room Tip: View on HK is a must!

The hotel is well located in the midlevel area. The breakfast is very good and varies each day, very helpful when staying for 5 days!! The corner suite harbor view was fantastic--wonderful sunrises plus the feeling of being suspended high up. Staff was very dutiful. Downside was that bed mattress was a bit hard and that the bathroom was smallish and not well outfitted for the level of the suite. Pool was lovely.

Room Tip: Ask for harbor view high up!! We were only on the 8th floor and it was good. Hotel went up to 23rd floor. Beware that if you are on a lower floor, the harbor view may not show the harbor!! It seems to be a different experience altogether if you don't do that. The corner suites are quite wonderful.
