Stayed here over Christmas and it was an excellent stay. Was given an upgrade to the peak view suite during check in as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room is huge, with a separate bedroom and lounge area. Furnishings were a little "aged" although it certainly wasn't dated or anything. The service and staff was the real differentiator, with staff always eager to help and deliver service with a smile. Had breakfast for one day and was impressed with the variety, although the restaurant gets extremely busy towards the end of the service as we had to wait 10-15 minutes to get a table. Location was in a higher end shopping complex with easy access to the trams along Hennessy Road or the Admiralty MTR. The lounge was a great place to chill and relax and enjoy the view towards Kowloon. The afternoon tea spread was great with nice scones, pastries and sandwiches etc. The one minor thing we noticed was that there can be a shortage of taxi during certain times, with the wait averaging more than 15 minutes. But the stay itself was amazing would highly recommend this hotel in Hong Kong.

Room Tip: Didn't mind the peak view rooms as we had the harbour view when in the lounge.

The staff was always ready to help. Their friendliness was the best. The hotel has access to the subway system and there is a nice shopping mall in the lower levels. The restaurant had the best of both worlds. I felt well taken care of . The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable.

The employees are very accommodating. Especially the trainees (I forgot the names). Hope to be back here this 2014. See you again HONG KONG! I don't even know how to send my gratitude to those people who served me and my wife well.

Conrad Hong Kong is everything a five star hotel should be - excellent service, well appointed, prestigious location and exceptional comfort. Really, it is hard to fault this place. I have stayed several times and st recently was upgraded to a corner suite with views to harbour on one side and peak on the other. The harbour view is not the best in Hong Kong but I actually prefer the peak view anyway - probably the only hotel in HK with refreshing views of nature! If you go to HK to shop you can do it all without leaving the premises as one of HK's best malls, with all the brands, is right under the hotel. This is a very pleasant and peaceful place to stay and in my view an excellent choice in HK.

Had I known the Conrad was part of the Hilton group, I probably wouldn't have stayed here. However, the hotel is lovely, and the staff are impeccable. The concierge was incredibly helpful and organised. We stayed in a lovely suite and they put an extra bed in for our 2nd child. What was not made clear at booking was that this would be in our bedroom. My major issue was with the toilet in the master bathroom, where the ventilation is not working properly (apparently not the only room with this problem), and after having the door closed for a period of use ( and without using it) a foul smell would permeate the room. Personally I would not put guests in a room where this is a problem, and this is why my recommendation is a 3
